  • this made christmas magical for my kids
we surprised our 3 sons with this bed for christmas, and even now, 5 days later, they're talking about how much they love it. my husband was able to assemble this in about 3 hours by himself with minimal help from me (his choice, not mine). we previously had a metal bunkbed, but after broken off bars with sharp edges and screws just falling out all of the time from the wiggling of my kids moving around, we decided next time we needed something wooden. my 3rd born finally outgrew the crib so we knew we needed to go bigger this time, this bed was the prefect, budget friendly solution. here is a list of things i think are good and bad about it pros: affordable sturdy well designed/good safety rails lots of head space for your child to sit up, even on the top bunk good weight capacity cons: packages are HEAVY so if you're not very strong i suggest having someone to help you carry and assemble this bed the ladder to the top is a little scary for little ones at first, as it's very steep my children's previous bunkbed had a tilted ladder that made them feel more like they were climbing up a hill, this ladder is just straight vertical which can be frightening at first but after a few days they're used to it. my sons are 7, 6, and 3 my 7 year old is about the size of an 11 year old, he's 4'10 and about 90lbs. we have him on the middle bunk but he's well supported even on the top bunk. the bottom bunk is completely floor level, so if you don't have one already you might want a box spring for it (we dont use box springs for the other bunks), everyone does things a little differently i suppose. i hope i was able to cover any concerns or questions you had about the bed, thankfully this is a purchase i don't regret at all. ... show more

  • Great bunk bed for my kiddos
Color: White Size: Twin
Great bunk bed my kids love it. It is durable for little ones. If your a full grow adult I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this. Great buy for my kids. Easy to assemble.

  • Customer Service is AMAZING
I had an issue with our hardware. I messaged the seller and received a response within 24 hours. It was not an automated response but a real person! The message was professional and polite and the issue was resolved quickly. I have truly never experienced better customer service. The bed itself is very attractive and looks exactly as pictured. It's a nice feature that the top bunk can be removed to make it a single/bunk combo. So really, you're buying two different setups. A note to anyone looking for triple bunk, just be aware of the height. This applies to any triple bunk, not just this one. ... show more

  • Definitely worth the money
Directions are basically pictures. Perfect for me, (dyslexic). Took awhile. Several breaks. Way sturdier than I was expecting. Definitely worth the money. Grandkids love it. Finally a bed for everyone.

  • Works for now. Wobbly!
I was fully expecting to spend a good chunk of the day building this. It did not disappoint! I ended up using a ratchet with a hex tip. That worked really well. I did use a power drill for the mattress slats. I wanted a triple bunk where the lowest mattress sat on the floor, for maximum headroom. All In all, it's a nice looking bunk bed, and perfect for my three boys...for now. My oldest is nine, and I imagine in about 4 or 5 years he'll be well outgrown. Two out of three of my boys can sit up, barely! My chief complaint is how wobbly it is on top. It seems like if they just put some more cross bracing on the lower part, or thicker corner posts, that would help a lot. I guess it just seems really wobbly compared to our last set of bunk beds which were solid as a rock! In a nutshell, it works for now. ... show more

  • Dad to the Rescue
The media could not be loaded. My kids enjoy it and I must say that to the fullest extent its worth the value of its cost it was easy to assemble maybe 2 hours and the sturdiness oh yeah it's definitely there

  • Get what you pay for, but who cares its a bunk bed you will trash one day.
Color: White(drawers) Size: Twin/Full
Just under 2 hours to build, Used an impact driver not the crazy allen wrench. You would be adding a bit of pain to build this thing with just the allen wrench, will add an hour I am sure. As expected from this price point, finish was flakey in spots, wood is not crap but close. Had one piece split, that I need to repair due to the screws that were too big and corse for this wood. Over all, compared to the 1000k bunks my parents have in their home this thing is obviously lower quality. HOWEVER there is no way I can sleep at night spending 1000k on a bunk the kids will outgrow and wear out anyway. I am a carpenter and could have build something, but for the price and what I got, I am not unhappy. Will see how it does after a year. Overall, not terrible, but you get what you pay for and I knew that going in, but it was fine for the price point, and much better than the metal ones that are complete garbage. ... show more
