This bed was easy to put together and is super cute, but it was missing one piece from the box. I messaged customer service and heard back immediately and received a more than satisfying solution. The bed is now fully assembled and my daughter is enjoying it! I used this for my toddler playroom as a daybed. It is not easy to assemble but with a little help, you should be able to do it in less than an hour. It looks beautiful tho.
