1st- thank YOU GOD for a blessing to have a nice beautiful comfortable bed that looks nice and folds up neatly and doubles as a sofa. But buyer beware! Not easy or quick to assemble. I have a very experienced handiman. He said it was a nightmare and very frustrating! The directions are awful and parts are missing. He had to modify screws and 1 part was actually send attached upside down. Praise GOD that handiman was able to take that factory sent mistake apart without damaging it and put it on right. Unless you are a carpenter superhero or know a super capable McGiaver type handiman to help you then I'd pass on buying this one. It's beautiful though if you have the patience of a Saint and can actually assemble it and see it. I'm still Praising GOD that HE blessed us with it and that HE gave for our handiman the patience and skills to do it. Good luck everyone. You will need it.     • Looks great but as others have found it ships with pieces missing.
Our shipment was also missing parts. 2 of the most critical parts so we are delayed in completing the assembly. Overall I really like the bed as it fit the exact requirments for use. The color is perfect for what we wanted so it looks great in the room. It is not easy to assemble and several predrilled holes are wrong but if your handy then it is no big deal. Manual is poorly written so read through it. This ships in 3 boxes. hardware and parts are in the cushion box so start there! we open all 3 before finding them so it would be nice to know to start with it. (murphy's law lol) I have contacted the supplier and will be waiting to see how quickly we can get these replacement parts. I will add to this once we see how they respond. ... show more

    • Not great quality, missing parts
Way too many parts and several were missing or mislabeled. The instructions were horrible as everyone else said. The quality of the materials is questionable, especially considering this bed costs $1K with shipping. Some parts didn't even properly fit. This was a mess. They need to offer assembly and/or do a MUCH better job with packaging and instructions. Very complex to put together. ... show more

it was hard to figure out the directions wasnt very detailed glad we are good at building stuff because someone who doesnt have knowledge will have a hard time but it turned out so nice i love it , the other thing is the cushions are hard and so you will want to add more cushion for them
