Shipping: the product arrived in a timely manner. I was pleased with the shipping time, however shipping was $200 for this product, which was over half the price I paid for the item. When I looked elsewhere for the EXACT same item, this was the cheapest route so I decided to pay the $200 shipping. Assembly: I assembled most of it myself, which was nice. However the instructions were very poor and I had a bunch of leftover hardware. The hardware was not labeled correctly, so it was hard in some spots to determine which to use. Final product: For what I paid it’s probably worth it, but I would recommend putting extra money towards a quality piece. There were several pieces damaged when I received it. It also damages easily, just the smallest scrape damages the paint. Also the bottom of the cabinet is just a piece that lays on the floor, it’s not actually attached to the unit. The hardware isn’t covered up so that’s visually unpleasant. There’s gaps between the shelves and sides, the cabinet doors don’t line up when you use their marks, and the top doesn’t sit flush. The bottom catches every time I pull the bed down or put it back up. I haven’t put a mattress in yet and maybe that will help it become flush, but the base also doesn’t seem like it will hold. When I stood on the base to mount it to the wall it caved in and felt like it was going to break. Maybe once a mattress that’s evenly distributed across it won’t be as bad.

UPDATE: After a week of use the bed frame has cracked as can be seen in the picture. There is insufficient support across the frame allowing the frame to be to failure. I would not recommend this Murphy bed at this point. Old review: Three people are highly recommended for assembly. The video instructions are not great but they do help to add some context. In the future I would probably go with just a Murphy bed and build a cabinet separately as it's harder to shim level when everything is connected together. The hardware was not complete, there were some missing screws and bolts. The Murphy bed is plumb.and square but it has trouble closing uniformly as one side sticks out slightly. Instructions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Love the bad ones it was put together however the instruction manual Leaves lots to be desired. No wording just pictures and very small print. Took 2 people 2 days to put this together it is very heavy the hardest part is putting the hinges in because they're spring-loaded. The photo shows no holes however when you put this together you can see all of the screws nuts and bolts they do not sell you anything to cover those items.
