I received the boxes of parts for this loft bed, got it 80% done and then discovered that some critical parts are missing and some extra parts were duplicated in the box. It was impossible to determine that parts were missing upon unpacking because many were missing part number stickers or the ink printed numbers were faint/blurry/missing. It took the manufacturer 3 1/2 weeks to send another box that had way too many parts that I didn't need and the parts I needed were still missing. This box is huge and now my problem is worse than before. Merax still needs to send me the correct parts and pick up the bulky return box. There must be a quality check problem to have the same parts missing twice. I am stuck with a partially assembled bed and no solution. Avoid Mirax. ... show more

    • Junk. Waste of $700
I ordered 2 of these. One grey & one white. The white one is missing 6 drawer sides. I was sent 12 identical sides & predrilled holes. In order to get it to work we need to drill our own holes & it has caused cracking & splintering. Many predrilled holes were wrong & the screws caused it to split. Horrific. No instructions - took a professional 4 hours to assemble, not sturdy - drawers not aligned. An utter disaster.
