Before even opening the package, the box looked like it had some damage and had been repackaged multiple times with a lot of tape and also a couple of return stickers. Upon opening the package, we instantly saw damage on a couple of pieces and after going through the pieces, pretty much the whole bed is damaged. Lose pieces that should be sturdy to hold the weight of people and scratch marks and dents all over. Nice Thuma knockoff, I have assembled both. Sturdy and quiet, mine came with most of the instructions missing from steps 2 to 8 but it was easy to figure out and smooth to assemble. Metal supports under will definitely help it

Product goes together easily enough, but frame wobbled once assembled. Seemed sturdy enough for a few days, until the center supports gave out, tearing the screws from the wood. It seems the plastic floor protectors made them especially slippery, would recommend putting felt furniture pads or a rug underneath them to prevent this from happening. ... show more
