Absolutely horrible to put together . First of all it came in two boxes that came on separate days which Amazon told me when I called them. It took one whole day to put together if your constantly working on it. Had to work on it one at a time cause we just couldn’t do it together without a fight . This made me never want to put things together ever again. Like everrrr . So difficult and comes in a million pieces big and small. But I love how it looks now that it’s done it’s sturdy and heavy, going to be a pain when we move for sure but I like that they can eventually separate to their own beds . Good luck if you buy it . It’s nice but be prepared for a crap ton of work ! ... show more

    • Several holes were miss -drilled, make sure you have drills .
Received product , several pieces were mis-drilled. bolts would not line up with the barrel nut. on a corner piece of the frame. there was a chip. they filled it with some sort of bondo . when I went to install a small screw. the bondo chipped. Pre drilled holes were way off. I had to make modifications so that I could install the bolt into the barrel nut. ... show more

The product has cracks, chipped paint , deep scratches and uneven rough surfaces . For the price the quality is unacceptable. It would be nice if the company would give some money back We had it all out the boxs and was putting it together when we found the defects.it was to late to send it back.

Took 2 days to put together. There was a lot of missing screw’s, brackets and such.. it’s a pain to put together if I would have known all the parts were not there I wouldn’t have bought this bed!!

The box was falling apart when arrived. Looks like the bed had been opened and used then returned before being sent to me. Scratches and chunks missing. Pieces were mislabeled or not at all. We have put many things together without any issues. This bed was the worst. Don’t buy.
