The assembly instructions are primarily drawings and are very clear to understand and the daybed is easy to assemble. The daybed is sturdy and all but the side panels are made from quality wood pieces for the frame. The side panels are thin and w pliable pieces, possibly made of engineered wood. The wooden slats provide really great additional support. They can be screwed into place which will help to keep them from moving around. Screws are provided but you will likely prefer to use a drill over a screwdriver. Not all of the slats are the same size and you may need a few tries to make sure that they are centered before screwing in place. It is a twin size bed and will be perfect for naps even for hosting guests.

Good quality material for what it is. Once put together it’s very solid and nice. Shipping was a little much at 100.00 but I suppose everything is these days. If you can find one like it without paying so much shipping you will likely be happier with your purchase. Overall a good buy
