There were some missing screws but customer service handled it and sent me a box with all the screws. I am very please and satisfied.

It's good looking and sturdy enough. It stays in place and doesn't creek (so far, still new). The wood slats for the top bunk bed arrived warped. Luckily we had a plywood board from the old bed to place under the matress. Our own custom cut plywood board does most of the work supporting the top bunk's matress. The slats are very thin and flimsy, the bed definitely bows quite a bit more than I'm comfortable with still so i will be adding more slats myself. I shouldn't have to do this and keep in mind if we did not have that plywood those slats would definitely snap if the person on it weighs at least 120lbs ("300lbs weight limit"). It's also a $379 bunk bed so take it as you will. The reason I still giving it a high score is because if you take the time and effort to reinforce this bed it's actually really nice. It's compact but big enough for two adults to use (me and my brother share a room). All in all, if you don't like building furniture and adding extra reinforcement of your own, this isn't for you. I'm lucky enough I had a similar wood bedframe to re-use parts from that make this bed WAY sturdier. You could easily cut your own wood parts for this bed to customize it further. In terms of amazon furniture this one's pretty good! OUR SHIPMENT ARRIVED IN TWO SEPERATE PACKAGES MAKE SURE YOU GET BOTH TRACKING NUMBERS

The media could not be loaded. We love that this bunk bed is very well made and sturdy. It was easy to put together and the instructions were very clear. If you don’t see a numbered sticker on one of the pieces, check the unpainted end for a red, stamped number. The gray color is beautiful and I love the extra storage underneath. As a 5’7 woman, I don’t hit my head on the top bunk when I’m sitting on the bottom. Very pleased with this purchase.

Item is exactly as photographed in product listing… the bunk bed came in two large boxes in a fair amount of time (came two days faster than anticipated). Directions are diagrams of photos, it does not describe anything by word on how to assemble which was fine by me… simple for me to do as one person up until I had to join the two frames into the bunk (full over full bed frames) then I had assistance by my husband who is double my size and weight. Feels sturdy and I’m happy with the height, it isn’t too high up to the ceiling and still a fair amount of room for the bottom bunk. I needed something simple and modern like, this was the closest option I had via Amazon and that’s okay as it’s for two smaller girls.

Very cute, sturdy bed. Labeled compliant with the proposition 65 warning. We’ve had it assembled for 5 mouths and the smell is still so stifling at night or any time the bedroom door is shut. Concerned about safety and off gassing.
