  • Good cage, hard to assemble
Could be better. Dip bars don’t have a bolt to attach to the cage, they attach by a peg. They work but wobble when you use them making it difficult. Instructions were terrible, no written instructions just vague pictures. No assembly video for the power cage with lat pull down. Instructions pictures mislabeled the vertical bars causing me to have to reassemble Update: changing from a 3 star to 5 star review. customer service reached out and provided a solution. Great customer service team. Still need to provide better instructions ... show more

  • Horrendous Instructions Do Not Buy Pulley Versions
Update The back, vertical, silver rectangular bar (shown in the video P03B2 that is 8:34 long, above reviews, timestamp 3:51) is NOT traditional steel like you see in gym pulleys. Traditional pulleys using a shiny, reflective steel alloy, similar or the same as the standard olympic bench press bars. The rear, vertical, silver pulley bar they have you install is a weird brushed-silver metal substance that causes friction & adding extra weight to the pull motion, but when you let go gravity can’t completely take the weights down because of the texture of the pole causing friction sometime stuttering down the bar catching on things. So the pulley system is completely useless & wasted money. Started putting it together Saturday with 6-7 hours per day and finally finished it Wednesday (5 days total). All because of the terrible instructions. I had to unscrew things multiple times (which ruins nyloc bolts) because of mislabeled, or left out instructions (for example C4, the piece that covers the bolt, that you use to install the pulley wheels, is NOT listed in the instructions AT ALL). They even sent me an updated “fixed” instruction manual via pictures, AND C4, THE PULLEY-BOLT-COVERS are still NOT listed in the instructions. Which means you won’t install them until AFTER you notice you have pieces left over. They give you THREE pulley-wheel-bolt covers but there are FOUR pulley wheels. Meaning 3 of 4 pulley-wheels (the ground pulley doesn’t get a cover according to the instructions, so that won’t last long since the bolt threads are grinding right up against the pulley wheel plastic). I don’t know where the quality control team is, or even if they have one. If they do, they should be fired. The instructions are absolutely abhorrent. They’ll tell you to install “C1” to “C3”. Which is a top piece that stays on top, and a bottom piece that stays at the bottom. Meaning they cannot be inserted to each other since there’s a 6 foot gap. The pictures show things like 7+1x3+2 which is a problem in of itself because the parts are labeled with bare numbers. Then, what I’m currently stuck at, the picture shows the rear silver pulley bar taking 6 bolts. 3 at the top, 3 at the bottom. In the instructions it says to you 4 bolts. The worst part? It’s two different sets of 2 bolts. And you have no idea where each set goes because all you have to rely on is an algebra equation (see above) 1+4x7+5. What number represents what? Because either way I try to justify it, STILL doesn’t make sense. And obviously it’s not ACTUALLY algebra. The worst part? I’m about to be on day three of assembly because I keep getting stuck for hours in these goofy, nonsensical picture equations that contradict the instructions on the left. The actually build quality seems good aside from the raw bolt threads that will be rubbing on the plastic pulley wheel at the bottom (assuming I ever get this set up). You should absolutely be given extra bolts/washers/nuts if not. These are nyloc nuts which means once they’re used, they’re no good once taken off. ... show more
