8-2-25 I would like to update this review, and I want to update is the resistance. So initially, after trying the machine, I kind of went along with others and thought that the resistance was really lacking. However, After using it for a while, I do think it still probably needs a slight bit more resistance, but I now understand why there is a little bit lacking. It gives you the ability to squat further back and use your own body weight with the machine to help you stand back up. Again, after using it pretty consistently for the last however, many months, it’s actually helped with my leg muscles and not only can you do the squats, there are other exercises that you can do on it as well. I would definitely order this if you’re on the fence. And as a side note, the customer service is top-notch. Also, if you’re looking for an Adjustable dumbbell set, you should check out this companies product. They are absolutely amazing! After reading all the reviews on this, I decided to go ahead and order it since the positive seemed to outweigh the negative. I received it a few days ago, and decided last night to open the box to try to put it together. Let me first say that I am 100% not mechanically inclined. I hate putting things together, especially things with a bunch of different parts. I have a hard time reading and comprehending things. I prefer someone just show me. So with that said, after I open the box, I looked at it and said to myself “there’s no way”. I didn’t even take anything out. I just knew that it was not something I really wanted to try to accomplish. I looked at the directions, and I think had it been in a bigger format, it may have been a little bit easier to read and understand and I had a hard time trying to decipher things. For the average person, I would say it might be easier to assemble, for me it was not. So I went to my orders, and I was going to do a return on it, and then after finding out, it was going to cost $25 to ship it back, I changed my mind. I decided “what the heck” let’s try and put it together. So I did, and it took me probably twice as long as the average person, because again, I’m not stupid, I just have a hard time putting things together. That’s def not my forte. However, after almost two hours (don’t laugh 🤭) I finished it. Now to the actual product, I think for the value for the money, it’s probably on target, but I agree with other reviews that the resistance is lacking. I do find it very sturdy, and the comfort level for me is not bad. The size of it for me is fine. I’m 5’7” and I don’t have any issue with the height of it. Others have mentioned that the rollers are plastic and feel uncomfortable, but I don’t find that to be an issue for myself. If you’re looking for something with more resistance, I would not spend money on this one. If you want something to help strengthen a little bit, without heavy resistance, then it would probably be worth it. Just remember, you have to pay to ship it back if you don’t like it. I’m giving it a four star only because of the directions, and the resistance.

Absolutely amazing. Now I just need to stop being a procrastinator and keep my butt on it. I was worried because I couldn't understand stand how you dont fall of it. But it's sturdy and adjust. Im 5' 2 and 135 pounds with messed up knees. This thing supports what I need and adjust on the back so it's comfortable, and you can adjust that help up spring so it helps from never working out to getting back into it. Came fast, was super easy to put together and the size isn't huge so I can put it anywhere. Also it fits in ny mini cooper so I can take it on work trips. You want this. Oh and the price, solid money spent.

This is an awkward machine to use. You DEFINITELY can NOT bear all of your weight down on it which makes it uncomfortable to work out. It should be a SEAT on this machine. You have to have great balance and fortitude to sustain a competent work out. Doesn't retract for a heavier individual over 180lbs. Ok product but I wouldn't recommend for a rigorous workout. This machine is for someone who is already fit. Assembling the machine was a doozy. It would've been nice is it was already assembled.
