I am loving the AB machine by Merach. I gave up my gym membership just for this ! I can feel my workouts (20-30 minutes) in my abs, arms, butt, legs, waist and it is so easy to use. It's lightweight, folds up easily, is very sturdy and does not take up much room ! I put it right in front of my TV and time flies on my workout. I love the way I feel after just a short workout. I feel this little machine took the place of several machines and takes less time out of my day than the gym did! Much cheaper too. I'm extremely satisfied with my AB machine because I get a full-body workout in the comfort of my home.

A great ab workout

This was so easy to assemble and everything you need is included. It's sturdy and the track is smooth. It's easy to fold up and store under a bed or in a corner when you are done so it doesn't take up a lot of space when you aren't using it. After a few days, I can definitely feel my that my ab muscles have been getting a workout. I also love that you can do so many different exercises with it, especially when you incorporate the resistance bands. It's definitely a more challenging workout than I was expecting, but I love how easy to use it it.

Came in unopened box, once opened everything still in original plastic, foam, and boxes containing required instructions and bolts to put together, instructions laid out very well and very easy to put together I used cordless drill instead of tools sent little faster but all in all very happy with product, wife and I have already used it very sturdy and well built don't feel like we were going to fall over using it but can for sure tell it's working those abs after a workout so would highly recommend.

I'm fat and it holds me. My husband is fatter and it holds him. Lol. Although the left knee roller thing seems sketchy. And the tension straps have almost zero tension to them. But it was easy to set up and you can definitely feel the burn using it. It's worth the money.

Easy to put together, glides on the rails smoothly, you can quickly put it away under a bed, in the closet, behind a chair or door. I've used it a few time now and feel a difference in my ability to do a full crunch. I'm hoping by early August I can fit back into my favorite Levis.
