Found this to be sturdy and works really well. I use it everyday and found it to be easy to put together I did need assistance at some points I think two people are needed to put it together.

I felt like one of those girls who drank the KoolAide and bought this because I saw it on TikTok. This machine is legit not only for abs but for glutes, and as a girl that goes to the gym 5 days a week for strength training believe me you won’t be disappointed. You can do glute bridges and side leg kick out with this machine and you feel it boy do you feel it. I do have to say it slides when you do glutes but if you put it up against a wall the problem fixes itself. It was easy to put together and it’s light so moving it is not a problem. I have told all my friends about this machine I have NO REGRETS buying it. It’s perfect for if you like to work out at home or in my case I like to do my abs at home and if I miss the gym one day no problem I use this for glutes.

Assembly was easy enough. The handlebars are held together by a few small welds. The first time I used it 2 of the welds broke. The handlebar is poorly designed.

**UPDATE** changing to 5 stars I am happy with the results. My stomach has become very firm and is getting a lot of definition, especially on the sides. I do feel like my form while using the machine has changed over the weeks, and that may be why I feel like it’s working better. I began using a tempo approach (quick when driving the knees up, then slow to return to the starting position) Original review: I’ve used it for a week and it seems sturdy. I’m not convinced it was a good purchase, however. I will say this: I target my abs during HIIT workouts and I always feel a burn even while doing low reps, but I don’t feel a burn with this. At first, I wondered if maybe just hopping on this machine while not being in the middle of a HIIT workout and properly warmed up was the cause for not really feeling anything, so I started incorporating it into a workout. I still didn’t feel anything in my core. I’ve done 100 reps each day and the only place I feel the burn is in my hands from gripping the machine. I have the difficulty set to the highest (pin in highest position so the slope is the steepest) and on each rep I go all the way to the top. I will continue practicing and setting up a mirror to see if there’s something I can change about my form, but my stance right now is that it’s not doing much of anything. I will update in the coming weeks.

The quality it just ok and an issue with one of the rollers catching but all in all I will give it 8 out of 10! It works just as advertised and the comfort is 9 out of 10! I’m satisfied with the quality and reliability of the product.
