As a fan it works well. As a fan AC the ice packs thaw so quickly because they are small in size they don't help much at all. Customer service is wonderful to communicate with and I appreciated their assistance with this situation.

Using this just as a fan is ok but using it with the frozen cubes was not good. Of all the things I have ordered from Amazon this was the most disappointing. I would have tried to return it but I tore up the box. The one star is for the fan use.

It does a halfway decent job of cooling one room. You have to continually change the frozen bottles to keep the cooling process going. You receive four bottles two small and two large. I rotate them twice a day. I’m disappointed as the product is supposed to turn as it cools the air but my unit does not rotate it at all. Updates ~ I asked the company about extra bottles to cool the unit. They told me that they would send me some because I guess they’re not available to buy that was several weeks ago. I haven’t received anything nor have I heard anything disappointing
