MOST IMPORTANT REVIEW TO ACTUALLY READ!! Just put it on out of the box and it’s really tight. I have to work to get the zipper to come together. However! Most people that are reviewing this product have ZERO knowledge of these type of vests! It’s suppose to be really tight and hard to zip out of the box. These stretch 10-15% once they are wet. Everyone commenting “way too small” have zero idea what they are talking about so do not “size up”. The entire goal/purpose of this type jacket is to remain in place(not ride up or down) in other words NOT MOVE!! As advertised it’s not USCGA vest, people don’t know how to read the description! It’s suppose to feel like a 2nd second skin and be REALLY TIGHT at first. Great fit! Great protection! And most importantly TRUE TO SIZE. Please do not pay attention to the reviews saying “way too small” they don’t know what they are buying. Can’t wait to rock it on the lake!

My kid was hard to fit and wears a life jacket the whole time he’s in the water. This one is perfect. It fits right to him and dries quickly when he comes out of the water and goes right back into the water. This life jacket is made to support you upright and not make you lay in your bed. This is the best life jacket we’ve ever had for him.

Works well! Worth the expense imo. Very snug at first, but that’s by design. I have that proverbial dad bod and the XXL was spot on for me (5’10” 200lbs with approx 45” chest). The neoprene does expand after it gets wet, and the fit was very comfortable for paddling and mounting my board. It is not USCG certified but it floats well nonetheless. Good coverage too. I felt safe enough wearing it and would recommend it to others looking for something less bulky and more comfortable than a standard life vest. Bought it for eFoiling.

I bought the XL due to the other reviews saying it runs small. Well, it runs smaller than even they said. If I tug on the two zipper bottoms, and pull like crazy, I can get the zippers together and the stretchiness will allow it to close. Once it is on it is really tight but comfortable. I am just not sure I want to be the sausage in this casing? I then went back to the order (here on Amazon) and looked at the fit info. Says the XL is for a person with a 48-50 inch chest. I measured my chest cuz its been a while; turns out my chest is 40 inches with a 34 inch waist. I guess I can go up a size but a XXL seems silly for someone 5'8" that wears a 40-regular in a suit jacket. I have an O'Neil coming next week and will choose the one that is most comfortable, or go up a size. I bought this to protect my ribs from foil hits during wing-foiling. It seems perfect for that.
