I try the vest immediately upon receiving it today. The product is great and it works as mention in the product descriptions. No doubt about it, it makes me sweat more than usual during my workout routine. I'm not too sure if its really going to burn fats and make you lose weight just by wearing it alone. Product Shipping. I received my product earlier as expected and well packed. Measurements For sure, please do not ask me what size should you be choosing. I won't be able to advise you on that. However, the measurement as the product descript on the measurement chart is accurate enough for you to make a selection. Sizing Preference. By the sizing chart, I should be using L as it fits me well and I like the size that I've chosen. But the vest is NOT as stretchable as some reviews mention. This vest supposes to make you sweat and it's not a compression vest. It's a totally different product after all. I attached a picture of myself wearing it and the vest is shorter and doesn't cover my tummy. So it really depends on your personal preference on how you like to wear it. I would suggest you take a size bigger if you prefer it a loose fit. With that, you can wear a layer of t-shirt inside to absorb the sweat that you going to get while working out. As for me, I prefer a tight fit. DO remember, it did mention that the vest is for weight loss, so I believe after using it for a while or couple of weeks you should be losing some body fats and the vest would become loose. ... show more

Pro's: In a weeks time I've went down 2 pants sizes. You will truly sweat during laboring tasks allowing you to get the max benefits promised. Its light weight and most of the time you forget you have it on. Cleaning the vest is easy. Stitching and zipper are very sturdy. Con's: Because you sweat its best to wear an absorbent shirt underneath. This being said the vest is constantly riding up. Readjusting the bottom is a must. Suggestions to users: Drink more fluids than you think you need. Hydrate as much as you can. Clean as instructed and the fabric will hold up longer. A dryer I'm pretty sure will melt the material. The media could not be loaded. Love the vest. It fits my body just right. If you want to sweat, this vest is for you. I put this vest over my t-shirt and walked 4 miles.. The shirt was dripping wet when I finished. I’m 5’ 10” and 225 working on my mid section which is roughly 39 inches and the size I got was a large. The length actually covers my entire torso and stops right below my hip which I am very pleased with and the product already after performing my first workout definitely gave me a little extra burn for the added effect. If you’re one that needs a little extra burn I’d genuinely suggest this. This product with a good diet and exercise I’m preparing for results quickly. ... show more

I like the quality of this product. It does what it’s supposed to do. After you start wearing it during your workout, you can feel the heat and sweat around your torso and back. Please keep in mind that this is not a compression shirt and it’s only designed to burn some fat around the torso area. It will take a couple of weeks to actually see some results. ... show more

The material used for the vest is very durable and soft, I normally have issues fitting around my chest area and this one was fitted in all the right areas. I used it for a hike and it helped me sweat more along with retaining it beautifully! Will purchase again

The product did fit a little tight, I could have gone up one more x. Nevertheless, the product fit and it fit comfortably. I have no argument with the quality of the product. The future will tell how good the zipper is constructed, I had one that was nearly two years old and I wore it constantly because of my employment the zipper finally gave in on the same day my order came in. This vest will make you sweat like a ho on nickel night. I wore this today for my cardio session and I felt like I was on fire from the inside out. I was sweating on the way to the gym with it on. I'm 190lbs muscular build and got a large and it fits perfectly when zipped. Very comfortable to wear, didn't rub or chafe me the whole 2 hours I wore it. Absolutely worth the money but make sure you bring a towel and an extra shirt. You need it. Also be sure to hydrate and take some magnesium and potassium because you're gonna sweat all that out.
