I adore analog watches (or at least the idea of them) but I'm the first to admit I'm not particularly knowledgeable about them. I just find them to be easier to get a sense of the time at a glance than a digital watch. Unfortunately my analog watch died about 15 months ago and I replaced it with an ABC watch. Which is objectively better and does everything I need and more, but I still find myself deeply missing analog. It's just not the same without the movement and sound of an analog. So when the opportunity came to try out this watch, I couldn't resist. I thought it would be excellent for times when I didn't need a big chunky outdoor watch, but still have one of the features I've grown accustomed to; The chronograph. By and large this watch does the job and looks beautiful doing it. The watch face is without a doubt visually striking and looks even better in person. And it's also one of the most comfortable watches I've worn which was not something I anticipated. But this beauty does come at the expense of some legibility. You only have a limited number of numerals and reference marks on the right side of the watch face. The chronograph minute and 1/10 second dial overlap. The minute dial is also not fully marked so it can be difficult to tell your minute measurement when using the chronograph. But I can't fault the watch for this. The watch face is exactly the same as the one shown in the product photos and descriptions so this was by no means a surprise. You don't get a watch with this kind of face for perfect legibility in all conditions. It may not be the level of legibility that I'm used to but it was clear and easy to read in a field setting. I would have preferred a more clear minute dial on the chronograph but it's not a deal breaker. That said, I do find it kind of bizarre that the sixes are nines on the 1/10 second dial chronograph. So 0.60 seconds reads as 0.90. It's not a huge deal, and you can even notice this on the product photos if you zoom in. It's just one of those things that once you notice you don't stop noticing. The illumination is also incredibly weak. It's just barely visible and low light if you really spend time looking for it. The glow also fades really quickly even when charged up with UV light for several minutes. The chronograph seems to be precise. I tested it next to my other watches and with my cell phone and it kept time as it should. It does support split time which was a pleasant surprise since I did not see it noted in the documentation. With the chronograph running, press the bottom right pusher, the (chronograph) minute and second hands will freeze, the 1/10 hand go to the appropriate position so you can clearly note down the time. When you're done press the button again and the hands will jump back to the current count. In a nice detail the watch hour and minute hands are partially skeletized so you can read the dials to some extent regardless of the time. As a matter of personal preference, I don't particularly like the band. It works perfectly well but I just find the texture of the leather to just feel off somehow. It has two strap keepers, one floating and one sewed in. I would have preferred it if they were both floating but again that's a personal preference thing. Overall I'm extremely happy with the watch. It looks good, it's comfortable, and it's adequately legible. It satisfies my desire for having an analog watch again. For the price point I feel it's absolutely worth getting and using.

So far it has been a good watch, I've been wearing it for about a week now. I've already had one person try to trade me out of it (my uncle he collects watches like I do) Told him i can't for awhile based on vine rules lol. I ordered a metal band for it just because i think it would look better on it. I currently have it on a wide version of "The band" velcro style it's typically what i use on most watches I wear. The chronograph works fine and accurate. The time so far has been accurate and has stayed accurate. In one of my pics I put it side by side with my Waltham chronograph I had on the day this watch was delivered to show size comparison. Weight isn't to heavy for the size of the watch, though it has weight to it. If you are used to wearing a watch you'll never notice it though. Not the heaviest watch I own but I'd say round 4th heaviest out of 40 watches. I gave it 5 star because it came as advertised and has worked with no issues it's a good looking and working watch for the price ($35 at time of order). It's worth checking out if you looking for a new watch to wear. Might not be for everyone, it is a big watch so take into account of its size and weight and determine if it's what you'd like to wear. This is not a diving or work watch this just something you wanna wear when out on the town or for casual activities that don't include water. Anyways, I'll let my pics cover anything I may have missed in worded review. By the way it will work on 22mm bands in case you see one on here before you receive the watch to measure, in case you want something other than the leather band or maybe just like other options. Take care, i hope my review helps. (Pic update) of the stainless steel dark grey band I put on this watch, definetly added some more weight it probably weighs about 6-7ozes now. I'm used to heavy watches, so no a big deal. I do think this band looks much better compared to the leather band. Might just be a personal preference to though. But, thought I'd toss the pics for you to check out anyways. The specific brand of that steel band was "Camofit" think it was meant for a Samsung smart watch but fit perfectly on this watch. (would any 22mm banded watch) In my situation was just another vine item to review, vine item on a vine item easy to review in that regard since for honest review both need to be used and wore.

This watch has become my new favorite everyday watch. Its simple and not too flashy, yet elegant and an eye catcher. I've gotten a lot of compliments on this watch in the few weeks that I've been wearing it. I have the all black with white stitching model. It comes with a leather band which I like a lot and leather bands have been coming back in style recently. It's also pretty decent quality and doesn't feel cheap or tacky. It includes a slot which reflects the date on the right side of the watch face. However, the watch is a bit difficult to read if you're not used to reading watches. The right side has a sequence of numbers on the outer face which is based on minutes instead of hours. The left side has no numbers at all. Some might say it makes it difficult to read, others might say it's fashion... Finally, the watch bezel is a pretty decent size. I have a small wrist and so I can't really wear large bezel watches but this one looks great. It looks "large" enough on my wrist but its not overbearing. Perfect for people with small to medium size wrists who want the appearance of a "large bezel" watch. Overall I'm pretty happy with this watch and really like the way it looks and feels.
