I have tried your product and my experience is that your product does it all for me, I wasn’t sure of how this would work for me specially that I recently had a back surgery, It’s firm but comfortable and even helps me with my posture and back problems . Definitely supports back. It is stiff but i assumed it would the first time wearing it. I thought it would be longer on the torso like in pics and definitely not. If i pull it down its like i have a muffin top ..up top and any higher i have a double muffin on the bottom. I’ll keep and see if it helps along diet and exercise

Really happy with the waist trainer! I have used it now for a week and it works as advertised. I've started using it on hot walks (fast) 3-4 miles and I've been documenting my weight loss. Using it along with cutting out a little sugar in my diet and lots more water has so far resulted in about 3 pounds of weight loss. This was not happening before with just diet changes. I feel pretty good about the results based on just using the waist trainer and some minor adjustments to my diet. My problem over the last few years (I'm 64) has been excess stomach fat. Every time I wear the waist trainer I can feel it heating my entire waist area. By the end of my walk that entire area is sweating. My target is 20 pounds and at this rate I figure a month and a half and I'm at my desired weight, well worth the money and time spent!

Had i known this product came from China i would have known it wouldn't fit me. I used the chart to determine size and the belt was still several inches too short to even use. If you do order, go at least two sizes bigger than chart size...
