Excellent book, good explanation of the exercises in the front of the book then a well laid out exercise plan to follow. I really like how the Kettlebell workouts engage multiple muscle groups and work your core muscles which helps with balance and posture.

Easy to read and implement immediately. It is well laid out along with examples on the proper form. It's perfect for the guy, or woman, who doesn't want to go to the gym or has the time for that. I would recommend getting 2 kettlebells, one heavier and one lighter.

This book is a solid intro in to kettlebell workouts, especially if you’re just starting out or working out at home and don’t have more equipment. The routines are easy to follow and don’t require a gym, which is a huge plus. But, it felt repetitive after a while.
