It’s a beautiful piece but unfortunately the FEDEX delivery didn’t take care of item and it came w the box mashed and torn. I was hoping nothing was wrong but when I opened it, pieces of the frame was broken and the screen paper was torn. They said they will deliver another one so hopefully everything will be good then. None of the photos or videos on the top nor description show you that the rectangular pattern doesn’t continue on the back. Seller thinks that the video all the way on the bottom, after the questions, reviews, description and suggested products is easily visible to normal shoppers. Most shoppers don’t scroll all the way to the bottom, after reviews. The video of the back should be shown on the top. I bought it expected that both sides would be the same, as this was important for the purpose. When I discovered it wasn’t, and tried to return it, they don’t provide prepaid label meaning you’ll have to pay out of pocket to return, which for this size of product, would cost about 2-3x — if not more — of the cost of the divider. Clearly un-ideal. It’s very light as well, feels cheep and wobbly. The photo is not entirely accurate as the wood is much lighter and more orange in person. It does not look like walnut. The photo makes it appear a much richer and deeper color, it’s rather light. Overall disappointment so if I’m not able to return I would either have to keep it, request a discounted price or a refund. I’ll go for the latter. ... show more
