My son really needed golf shorts for the summer and I found these for him and hoped that they would keep him cool during his games. He liked the bells and whistles and pockets and stuff that they had on them so I went ahead and ordered them for him. One feature he really did like was the spot that he could put his tees in so that they were right there handy. He also likes that the pockets on them were zippered so stuff doesn’t fall out. He could put the golf balls in there and when he bent over to pick up something, they’re not gonna fall out and go everywhere. Another thing that he really liked was the elasticized waist. Although they fit perfectly on him, you do a lot of bending and twisting in golf and having a waist that’s elasticized makes it a lot more comfortable. And the fabric is very moisture wicking, thin and cool. He was very pleased with that also. The only problem with the shorts is that when you walk, they’re noisy. He equated it to wearing a pair of corduroys. That swish swash sound. It didn’t bother him. It’s just something to note. So if that type of thing is going to bother you, keep that in mind. Otherwise, these are great shorts that are well-made and have nice features for golfing.

The fabric in these and the construction appears good but they were huge in the leg. I was literally swimming. I’m not a thin guy with thin legs.

These shorts stretch. I don't know what this fabric is, but it gives you freedom of movement for activities while maintaining a crisp look. Style looks nice and color is a traditional khaki. I wish manufacturers would take cell phones into consideration more, as mine does slip out of the front pockets when seated.
