Very easy to set to the second using my phone as the base time, I have been wearing this watch everyday for about 2 weeks and it keeps perfect time to my phone and all functions work perfect. I got this watch as a small gift for my husband. He loved to wear different watches but he was really, really hard on them so we learned to not buy expensive ones. It came in a nice box, felt substantial, and was very attractive. He loved it, especially the angled corner face, and he was able to figure out the settings on his own. A big plus for me. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you how this watch holds up. My husband passed away unexpectedly 3 days after getting it. I went ahead and had it buried with him since he liked it so much and was wearing it everywhere for those 3 days. I'm glad you liked it, Grumpus.

Color: B1-Rose Gold Dial/Brown Leather Strap
In my large watch collection, I have a number of OLVES watches but this is the most unique. This is a large (45cm) watch face as stated in the information on the Amazon page, so keep that in mind. The rose gold and black bezel (and rose gold buckle), go beautifully with the black dial, white numbers and the white and rose gold indices and hands in addition to the dark brown leather band. The skeleton type day function is unique and I don’t think it takes away from the face at all. This being a chronograph it has two stylish buttons on either side of the crown. This brings me to my two “cons” on this watch. Both of them are not deal breakers for me but they could be for others. (1): my chronograph does not work properly. It started to work (both buttons) but now neither are functioning at all which could also be the chronograph itself. This could be that I received a defective watch or the battery might be old and has just enough power to run the watch but not the chronograph function(s). I will put a new battery in it to see if this corrects the issue… if not, I will never use this function on the watch (or any of my other watches with this feature) so for me it’s the look and not the functionality of it, but thats just me. (2): The second issue is the band…. This leather band is beautiful in my opinion. It is very wide and almost broken in (as leather bands go). But it’s just to short for this size of watch!! I have a large wrist (22cm/8.5inches). I can just barely get it to the first notch (uncomfortably) and there’s not enough of the band to even reach the first (and stationary) keeper. I like the watch so much that I will source out another band… probably another leather one of the same color because other than its length, it is a nice band and the color goes perfectly with the watch. My point is if you are going to make a larger watch like this please lengthen the band for us big guys… we’re only asking for a couple of centimeters!!
