4 Stars: Good Support, Needs Some Adjustment This memory foam pillow offers decent support and helps alleviate some neck and shoulder discomfort. The contour design is definitely noticeable, and I did feel a difference in neck alignment after using it for a few nights. I appreciate the versatility to accommodate different sleeping positions. That said, it took a little getting used to. The pillow is quite firm, which might be too much for some. Additionally, I found that adjusting my position during the night was sometimes necessary to find the most comfortable spot. Comfort is a personal preference. To me this pillow is not comfortable. It is soft and memory foam. It does seem to be built well and I didn’t find it hot at all. I am giving it a three star as it does help with the pain I am experiencing at the base of my skull when I wake up. It doesn’t eliminate the pain but it reduces it. I just wish I found it more comfortable.

My husband has a molded pillow that he likes. My problem with it is that it is too hard and has no give. I have not been sleeping well and I thought that during Prime Days I would try a molded pillow for myself. While this pillow is shaped to support the neck, it is soft and not hard like the one my husband has. Also during the night I roll over on my side. This pillow accommodates my side sleeping. So far, I am satisfied with this pillow.

Comfortable but has a smell.

Really nice and comfortable pillow, but it has a smell. It's not a bad smell, but it's pretty overwhelming coming out of the package. It smells like it's filled with some version of Bounce dryer sheets, kind of perfumey. I'm giving it a few days to air out. I hate to send it back because I really like the feels of the pillow itself. I'll have to wait and see how it turns out, I guess.
