Its better than I thought it would be, its a great pillow! Very comfortable and one side seems to be a "cooling side" made of one material and the other side is a soft pillowed side, if that makes sense idk the correct term. Can't beat it for the price! Would recommend.

Yeah, they have an odor. All the “verified purchase” reviewers make it a point to say “no odor”. Clearly customers have been commenting on an odor enough for you to say “no odor”. Yea, it’s a pillow, you shouldn’t have to comment on whether or not there’s an odor. There is though, like they’ve been soaking in a permanent marker bath. It’s exactly what I want to rest my head on and breathe in for 7 hrs. Sorry, I don’t have a picture to share, I’d love to be able to share a smell through a picture but we just aren’t there yet. Just imagine burning rubber and permanent marker on a pillow. ... show more
