Originally, I gave this bed a score of 2 with complaints for this and that... However, later on.. The bed got bigger and glowed more than when I opened it on the first day. So my reviews were based on what I saw the first day. Later, I realized, this bed is bigger and glows more. It's also very soft..super comfy! I had to come back and give it a different review because both my son and I love it! It's very comfy and soft. The thickness is perfect for what was paid for. It actually turned out to be a good buy!

When they are set up like a chair the back is held in place with a piece of zelcro. It isn't strong enough for a kid to lean against. If you plan to put then up against the wall, then it is fine. It not great for watching tv or whatever which is what I bought them for. If your kid doesn't weigh too much the bed it okay. It isn't real firm foam, but enough for most kids, I think.
