Softer and smellier than wanted
The back sleep is good, but the material is too soft for people that need more support. The side sleep lacks even more for me. If you’re small (under 175) it might be ok, but I need support or I’ll wake up in pain. Easy return. PS- the smell lasted more than 3 days and was still there after a week.

This pillow has helped reduce my neck pain. I used to wake up nearly every morning in agony, but this has helped. The pillow is very well made and my sleep has improved.

Don’t buy
Awful don’t buy at all. It never really puffed up after I got it and it flattened even more after a week. It also heats up like crazy and doesn’t cool quickly at all.

Comfortable and supportive
This is a really nice, supportive pillow. I always sleep on my side due to an upper cervical issue that gets messed up if I sleep on my back. I need a pillow that supports my neck while I sleep. At first, when I ordered this, they called it the "Mellow" pillow, and I thought it was the brand Mellow that I already had. I knew I loved those, so I ordered this one to have another. When it arrived, I realized that it's not the brand that I thought it was, it's a lookalike. I was a little annoyed that it was advertised as a well-known brand (see box in photo). But I tried it anyway. It had to fluff up for a couple hours after taken out of the box but did not have any weird smells at all. It's very soft and has a cooling effect too. The sides are concave and vary in height to you can find your ideal head position. It feels really fluffy yet supportive, however it does compress to a firmer density after you lay on it for a while. I prefer it just a tad bouncier like the brand I thought it was. I do see now that I'm reviewing it, they have changed the listing to no longer call it Mellow. I'll continue to use this at the times when my neck if off and I need a little extra support. If you're a side-sleeper and need cervical support, give this a try.
