Overall: I am quite happy and would buy again. The good: The bed is comfortable, my mattress feels firmer than with the previous bed, and absolutely no sound. Assembly was easy. Room for improvement: My husband used a dremmel to tighten screws and… one went bad in the process. Screws could be of slightly better quality to withstand power tools. So this bed won’t be dissasembled now. The quality is ‘Ikea’ so to speak. Looks great, on the hand it feels ok. It is not real wood. But for the price: perfect Long term: I don’t know how well it will perform. With so many legs, my main concern is movement of the bed, pushing it and having the legs get lateral pressure. This bed is solid wood and still a bit light weight. The hardware is good and a nice tool is provided for assembly. I'd say it is somewhat easy to put together and it took not too much time. Seems stable and it comes with rubber grips for the legs. All if the pieces lined up well and that made things stress free. So impressed with how nice the wood is. It’s better than I hoped for. My dad finished putting it together by himself by the time I was done moving in boxes so it seemed like a quick build. Oh the slats stay in place cause they have heavy duty Velcro, brilliant idea. They sent extra hardware but there’s wasn’t anything missing.
