  • Not worth it!
Item Shape: 12' x 10' x 10.3'
Two years may seem like a while but when I bought it I had to pay $1700...now selling for under $700 for good reasons. This product takes forever to assemble requires additional support to carry small snow loads and not blow away in light winds. The bolts don't stay tight and the polycarbonate panels are not what they say they are because after 2 years they are as crispy as can be and are developing holes and cracks everywhere. Not enough UV resistance to qualify as polycarbonate... ... show more

  • Greenhouse
Item Shape: 16' x 10' x 10.3'
Our build went well. Son in law spent a couple days reading and RE-reading directions based on comments in other reviews. Instructions not fully explained so it takes some thought. Seems sturdy and good quality. I would recommend better doors. They are hard to open and consistently come off the bottom tracks. Overall we are happy with it. ... show more

  • Displeased with a few things
Item Shape: 12' x 10' x 10.3'
Not only were the window sheets not measured properly all the “72’s” but aligning things like the latch for the windows is not centered on all four. “77” was not marked properly on diagram which made using them a paint for a while, then I decided to look up part number and read description to identify where they went, as “76” is the mark on my diagram for both the top corners on front of green house, and the side corner panels, also what should have taken a familiar carpenter an easy 1 day job took me 3 nearly 4 longer days to finish, which ran into my work week, due to assembly then disassembly to reassembly of parts… waste of time management, also a two roof supports are twisted due to the head of a bold on the 13/14 upper side beams, which made roof panels a paint to install, and end cap, also the corner panel slot fasteners, only work upside down compared to the directed end fasteners for each support between panels that are not the corners… I found combing through you video much better then directions, but hard to keep following along and rewinding while trying to get things done timely, and then icing on the cake was being short of hardware, and the tools supplied also were a terrible fail, wrench and screw driver just stripped every time, so I bought my own tools for the this, out another 100.00 bucks for tools and hardware. And if you count the time I fought with directions I lost and entire work day. Because I had to finish for the weather coming. I was outside till 9am-9pm all weekend and Monday. Tuesday I fastened all the plastic panels with screws after buying more to finish them, if anyone were to ask me. I would tell them it’s simply better to just buy elsewhere, and before buying or starting assembly to proof read instructions that they are clear enough to understand. I am satisfied it is done, not satisfied about working in circles, wasting time, or exhausting myself over something that should not have been this time consuming. Oh and trying to make sure your drivers know not to bang these around, I had to bend lots of things back or mildly manipulate things to correct issues for fastening… ... show more

  • missing parts

was missing few parts, they sent them promptly. Like putting together an erector set with a million parts. Very poor paper instructions, had guess to figure it out. Looks good when done. 2 of us put together.

  • Confusing instructions, parts that don't fit
Item Shape: 16' x 10' x 10.3'
As other reviewers commented, the instructions are not clear at all. Not sure how much hope I have that this thing will stay together through wind. The top panels seem to want to pop out already. We tried sliding the windows in the top assembled per the instructions, but that caused the slide piece to get dwangled and had to slide them in first then assemble. Then, one of the pop-up windows came un-latched on a windy day and destroyed the frame parts for it. We ended up with missing parts. Some of the parts were mis-labeled. Some other parts were drilled incorrectly so holes didn't line up. We've gotten it mostly together, but I don't have much hope that it will stay that way. ... show more

  • Don’t waste your time.
Item Shape: 12' x 10' x 10.3'
My uncle and I put this together. Some pointers on putting it together 1) more than 2 people you need at least 4 helper if you ask me 2) I wound up buying 21$ in bolts/ nuts to put it together had way too many of one size but was 10 to 12 short on the other 2 sizes of bolts. 3) make sure you have 2 to 3 ladders available the taller the better 4) every step it picture not many explanations so go through them slowly cause you’ve got to be careful not to miss anything or your taking it apart and putting it back together multiple times 5) first step is dig a base…. I’d suggest you look up their YouTube videos and put it together on a hard surface like they do 6) make sure one helper is an engineer(🤭) It took us a grand total of 2 weeks to fully get it assembled weekends from sunrise to sunset and a couple of hours each day. I know it sets on angles but it’s together and my kumquat trees seem very happy in their new home that seems to stay above 32 at night and we’ll into the 80 s during the day. I am in NC mountains. Edit 03/13/24: after a wind storm hit our area it pulled the greenhouse off the frame, broke the bolts out of the frame, and twisted and broke most of the framing. Of course this happened after the 6 months that the warranty covered. Lesson learned. If you live somewhere prone to high winds don’t waste your time. The aluminum frame is too light and even when anchored with the base in 2 inches of gravel it is prone to damage by even light winds. Customer service offered to replace damaged parts( with me paying shipping) but what can I do when 90% of the frame is damaged. I could order a new one as they offered at a reduced cost but I’m still paying affirm payments on this one and have no promise a second one would be any better. ... show more

  • A Large Erector Set.
Item Shape: 12' x 10' x 10.3'
For a " Hobby " Greenhouse this is a good KIT. Customer Service is also good. Out of the hundreds of pieces I was only short ( 1 ). They sent it ASAP. Once it was up and all the bolts and nuts were tite, the greenhouse was rock solid. EPG
