Easy to assemble, easy to use, easy to clean. Love that it doesn’t make a racket when water low. Does about 2 facials per fill. Love the hot and cool! With heavy use, be prepared to buy a new one every year or two. It does start to leak but that’s not unique to this steamer. Even if you clean it religiously it will leak water from the body of the machine. There may be a way to disassemble and tighten it up, but that’s not in my wheelhouse.

The media could not be loaded. Long story short the device did not work. It was leaking water and as you can see in the video none of the digital portions of the product worked. It was very disappointing. I did my best to contact the company prior to this review with no avail. So I am out all the money that I spent on this machine. Amazon did absolutely nothing to help me with this return.
