We were looking for a sectional couch for our basement without breaking the bank. After copious amounts of searching, we settled on this couch. I was skeptical of buying a couch online without seeing/feeling/inspecting, especially one that ships to you in packages. Once we received all the packages, I hastily assembled it in the basement. As a carpenter, assembly took about 30-45 mins. All cushions were vacuum sealed and need 72 hours to fully “reflate”. Overall I am definitely happy we chose this sectional, if I’m being picky, the back cushions could have more padding but they have a zipper on the back to add more padding if desired. For a 7’ long U-shaped sectional couch under $500, it can’t be beat. We will see how it holds up through the years, if I get 7-10 years out of it with two young kids, it will be a success. ... show more

Packages received undamaged, no missing or damaged items. Putting it together was quick. Loving the soft material and cushions. I assumed the couch would be smaller in width but longer in length. For what I wanted is perfect. Is soft, comfortable it assembles easy no heavy tools needed. It come in 3 separate boxes. So don’t freak out if you see one box first the. The second then the third. They are also label. When you seat is sturdy. It look low seating profile but is perfect it has extra cushioning for that. "I am very happy with this purchase! This couch was easy to put together and is comfortable. It is firm, but not hard like a rock. My 6’ tall son sleeps on it with no complaints. I was worried that it was going to be too low, but it’s fine for an average height person. The arms are basically cushions. The material also looks quite nice in person, and is easy to clean.
