This little cactus garden is as cute as it comes. It was pretty easy to assemble took a few hours it is around 400 pieces but don’t let that worry you. As with the small ones if you take it one layer at a time it comes together. I love these. I would recommend this little garden.

It took me a couple hours to put together and once I got started, I couldn't stop! It didn't have any pieces missing but it did have quite a few extra ones. The tree branches kept falling off but I did finally get them all on there. If you put something together wrong, the pieces can be really hard to get apart! Cute but missing pieces and hard to put together (physically hard on your fingers). The one star rating is due to the missing pieces. No matter how cute it is, if you can't put the whole thing together, it is pointless.

Great activity for for an afternoon on evening. Expect it to take a few hours give or take an hour. The directions are pretty clear and completely pictoral. I had all the pieces required and then some, so I added some extra flowers and "leaves" at the end to use up what I could. In the back of the assembly book there is a visual list of all pieces and quantities. I like to lay out all my pieces according to this first to make sure I have all the pieces for I start, but that's me. My only complaint is that a few pieces that hang out of a joint, (like the pieces on the side of the tree, or pieces that hang under the canopy) will easily fall out and really need to be glued in place. But otherwise I'm very happy with this kit. ... show more
