I was skeptical to buy the mountain, because it was my first time painting with a color by number canvas. But, let me tell you rn that this was so much fun to do, AND it looked beautiful at the end. One thing that I didn’t really like is how two of the colors (8 and 9) looked really similar, but it still turned out well in the end. I don’t know how it’s like with the other paintings, but one recommendation is to do a double layer, because you can kinda see the numbers through one layer of paint. Other than that, this is definately something you should buy if you’re looking for a fun or easy way to paint. I thought this was a fun project. It wasn’t great quality. The paint was gloppy, and the paint brushes were poor quality. You can see the numbers peeking through under some of the lighter colors. I enjoyed the paint by number aspect of the project, and I like that the canvas is already wrapped around the wood frame. Overall, I think it was worth the inexpensive price, but I definitely won’t be hanging this anywhere people can see it. ... show more

I am probably the worst painter in the world, but nevertheless this paint by numbers beauty made me very rich. I was so bad at painting in between the lines that my painting looked strangely like a Vincent Van Gogh , so I thought what the hell, let’s sell it at Sotheby’s art auction and see what happens. We’ll blow me down! Rumors quickly circulated that a new Van Gogh had been found and bidders came from all over the world pushing the price up over $80m. I now have a 500 ft yacht and swapped my wife for a 25 year old supermodel, (yes she was a little annoyed at first, but did well in the divorce), so I can wholeheartedly recommend this paint by numbers set, just don’t sell it on as a Van Gogh, as I’ll be rumbled and forced back to licking stamps for a living. However, if you do make a real mess of it, you could try to pass it off as a Picasso. Good luck! ... show more
