Excellent for use with recovering from bunion surgery where I used most of the time when in bed and sitting on couch to help keep my leg elevated & preventing swelling of my foot. I'll next be having bunion surgery on my opposite foot bunions & am feeling really positive - I weigh 180 pounds and was able to place both my legs in the center - so there is room for people with larger legs. The foam is firm yet comfortable, holds shape well, and provides stable support.

I don't think I could have survived hip replacement surgery without this, so comfortable, roomy for double leg elevation (both legs can swell, even the non operative leg), soft cover, love the little built in handles to pull it in place. You don't realize how important these little details are until you are barely able to move your operated leg. I've had no swelling, no bruising because I'm able to comfortably sleep with my legs elevated. Cover is also easy to wash and I hung dry to make sure it had no shrinkage. It is working perfectly.

I had bilateral knee replacement surgery. I had to keep my legs elevated all day for the first couple of weeks and most of the day still. I have used this probably 20 hours a day for a month. It has worked wonders. The handles help me position it for myself. It’s stayed firm and held its shape well. It holds both my legs comfortably. The height is perfect to “keep my toes above my nose.”

Better than expected! I had ACL replacement and I ordered this last minute it came super fast and is perfect for elevating my knee. So much better than shoving multiple pillows and the pillows eventually becoming flat I been using it for a week already non stop and it is still holding it's shape. It's easily portable for anywhere I've needed to take it. The fabric is comfortable, soft and easy to clean. It also has front handles where being able to adjust makes it very easy! Definitely a great purchase!
