This is a great vibrator for my neck, back hips. It is a bit heavy but you can prop it on a pillow as I did on the couch. The functions are quite simple and has different speeds and attachments. I have had a very tight muscle in my neck and shoulder for a couple of days. I just used this for the first time and it did loosen it up. So, I will use it again in a little while today till I work this out. In my opinion it works well and I do hope to get some relief from this. If this doesn’t work nothing else will. I am a senior with aches, pains, muscle spasms along with many surprises from day to day. I only like to take Tylenol and not any crazy medications. So this is the must have for anybody. Give it a try I think it’s worth the money and plenty of vibration for the job. The only thing I would not know is the longevity , it seems well built.

Love this!!!! After reading other reviews: First yes to some the unit might feel heavy, but it depends on your overall strength. And your hand dexterity. I definitely would not recommend this unit for elderly to use on their own. Second again, I think it depends on a person‘s overall preferences. But as far as the strength of the vibration of the unit. I am the type of person that likes the deep tissue massages. And I love the strength of this unit. The other part that I really like about this is that not only does it come with several very good attachments, it also came with a very nice attachment bag. I also really like the overall quality of the unit. It’s very well constructed and does not appear to be made out of any cheap material.

TLDR: Would recommend. It's only the first day but it's already done a bunch of work and is worth it to this pained creature. Update: I bought 3 and broke 2 since I wrote this. They all have been worth it, and we chose not to replace them. We got 2 Wahl units, one being more expensive and larger, and the Dynaflex massage gun. I've only had my massager for a few hours and it's already provided so much more than $25 worth of pain relief. I'm uncoiling my scoliosis that went undiagnosed for 30+ years, and relocating 2 dislocated ribs that went undiagnosed for 3.5+ years. I used a couple of the attachments on my face, and that in particular felt friggin amazing. The unit is somewhat heavy and unwieldy, but it's a pretty decent small corded motor on a stick! If it were lighter it couldn't do very much. But, if your muscles are weaker, you have trouble moving positions, or trouble getting into odd positions to massage, you may want to reconsider this one :/ I been taking frequent breaks with using it so I don't tire anything out too much. It came with all the attachments in the listing photos, and 2 rubber caps (one smooth, one with 2 fingers about 1/4" long) that are supposed to fit on to the flat head. The finger one is too small, which I discovered after I split it about .5mm at the edge. I'm gonna contact support when I can brain, but I don't think it'll be a problem. Last, I dunno what the other reviewer is doing contrasting it with their phone vibrate function. I go hardcore in massage and this one serves well. If you're looking for something to dig into every muscle fiber in your ass in 10 minutes this probably ain't it, but you better go to a massage therapist for that anyways, or look at more expensive units. I have a really bad back I have rods in my back. When I exercise the strengthen my core because I don't want any more surgery it really helps with the pain and it loosens the muscles in my back and around my neck area. It comes with five attachments that just screw on and are easy to use their plastic there's two that I use that work well for me. I also use it right before bed, to relax my muscles so I don't have to take medication. This has a long handle and a wide head and with one arm I can reach all the way down my back with one hand or I can go around my torso and go around my back that way back I also use it on my legs. There are some settings on the machine there's an off and on button and then there's slow and then you can turn it up higher and higher as you go and then there's another button that you can hit that gives you intermittent vibrations. Pretty much you can do anything you need with this machine to make you feel better it definitely works and I'm not taking as much pain medication which is good. I did not get a bag with mine some people said they did they did it is about one meter long and I found a bag in my house that will hold it instead of carrying around the Box. I would say it was worth the money the first time I used it yeah I call it my best friend

I bought the MEGAWISE Handheld Deep Tissue Neck Back Electric Massager for Shoulder, Waist, Leg, 3700 RPM Powerful Motor with 5 +2 Nodes & 5 Speeds, Knotty Muscle, A Little Heavy. WHY I ORDERED THIS: - I needed a new handheld electric massager that was stronger than the typical vibrating massager. - I wanted one with a long handle so I could easily reach my back and shoulder blades without straining my arms. - I also wanted one with a cord, so I would not always run out of power while I was in the middle of using it. THE GOOD STUFF ABOUT THIS: - Even though this is not true percussive massager, it does offer a good, deeper vibration penetration. - I love not having to charge this unit. Just plug it in and it will work right away! THE NOT SO GOOD STUFF ABOUT THIS: - I would not say this Massager is a true percussive massager, but it is stronger that the typical vibrating ones. - As the product title mentions... This Massager is a little HEAVY! - I actually feel this massager is very unbalanced, as the handle is light but the massage head is quite heavy. - For me, this handheld Massager is somewhat difficult and awkward to use because it is so unbalanced. - I also wish the handle was about 4 inches longer to reach my back better. - The handle is also slippery, so it is difficult to get a good grasp onto it, especially for smaller hands. CONCLUSION: - For around $20 this is a pretty good unit, so I won't be returning it. - I do like the vibrating strength this has. - But, this massager is also difficult for me to hold onto for very long, so I am still shopping around for a better one.

So when you click "See all product specifications" it states "Like New" which means this item has been previously returned and refurbished. That SHOULD have been stated right up front at the very top of the listing. Very deceptive. Most importantly, this MEGAWISE Handheld Deep Tissue Neck Back Massager DOES NOT come close to 3600 RPM. It took me about 1 minute to realize that. I own two Mighty Bliss Percussion Massagers. Unfortunately the Mighty Bliss is no longer made. One of those is much less powerful than the other. Even that one has more pop than this really weak MEGAWISE Massager. When I searched on Amazon for a Mighty Bliss it took me here. In addition the attachments are cheap hard plastic (except for one soft piece of rubber that slips over the round attachment.) You get what you pay for. Now I understand why Amazon had this on sale for $21 bucks. I wouldn't pay $10 bucks for this and neither should you!
