These are a life saver!! I started taking these at the beginning of my pregnancy for constipation and boy did they get things moving. And not in a "I need to find a toilet right now" way but just helped me become regular again. The longer I took them the more benefits I began to see, I was sleeping soo good-not even waking to pee!! And then one night I forgot to take them and I woke up with the worst Charlie horse in my leg! Haven't missed a day since and haven't had another Charlie horse! These are an incredible supplement!

I have been using this product every night for a few years now and I definitely can tell a difference when I do not take it. This has helped me sleep better and seems to help prevent me from waking up throughout the night. The pills are average sized and easy to get down. I normally do not take it with food and have never had an upset stomach from them. Thank you Megafood for a great product!

I’ve had these on subscription for years at this point. Started when I was pregnant with my first and had horrible insomnia, and they worked wonderfully to help with that. My OB said to take 300mg of magnesium, so I appreciate I’m getting a pregnancy-safe dose. Love the brand and the quality. However, my most recent bottle came with a bit of a different looking formula. Pictured, a capsule from my last bottle (brighter, lighter) next to a capsule from my newest bottle (more gray with black specks). Would definitely appreciate reassurance from the company that these are safe to take if there was a formula change, or a new bottle if not. I am pregnant so clarity on the safety of this batch would be wonderful. If you're looking for magnesium to help you fall and stay asleep, this formula is great. If you decide on a different brand, just be sure you’re prioritizing magnesium glycinate, as there are many different forms of magnesium. Citrate can be a mild stimulant for some people, so if you get that form, it could do the opposite of help you to sleep.
