Tried many supplements like slow-Fe etc all cause stomach problems to a point that it's not worth it. Started taking it made drastic change in health. Now I can run 40 mins on treadmill before I could do 10 mins. I am 48 male.

I strongly believe these are worth mentioning to your Doctor. I have an underlying medical issue and am anemic. IV iron does not stay with me. I have been taking these religiously for almost 5 months, x2 minis every other day, every day during my cycle, and there has been steady improvement. Noted difference started at the 64 day mark and is continuing. They look, smell and taste like iron, which I actually really like. Am pleased with the ingredients, what I'm putting into my body. Also do not wreak havoc on my stomach, big plus. Long way to go yet but am definitely sticking with these and recommend.
