I absolutely think this is the best Iron I've taken. I had problems with anemia and was recommended this iron to take. It is gentle on my stomach and has never caused constipation. I took two a day and now my oncologist has pulled it back to one. Highly recommend.

I’ve tried a lot of iron supplements, and this is the only one that doesn’t upset my stomach or cause issues. It’s easy to take, and I feel a noticeable difference in my energy when I stay consistent with it. The tablets are a bit large and don’t taste great, but they’re worth it for how well they work. Excellent product. Many iron products do not assimilate and absorb well into the blood system from the intestines and cause stomach upset or constipation. This product does not cause either side effect and my blood levels for HMG and HMC are up. A good choice.

I’ve used these iron pills for a number of years. I always recommend. These keep my bloodwork in a normal range. However, this last bottle has had an awful taste. It’s like wet dog from dirty fishy lake water. Never have they tasted this way. So not exactly pleasant. One thing to note about iron supplements is that you do not want to take them at the same time as calcium as calcium can inhibit iron absorption. Somehow I landed upon that information a few years ago and wish I knew it sooner. I pass this along to help you too.
