I am not one for writing reviews, but someone's review convinced me to purchase this product so I have to pay it forward. Mega Foods Blood Builders has changed my life!!! I have been anemic most of my life and pretty much lived through it - I am 45. Over the past few years it became progressively worse, but I was so accustomed to feeling tired and low that I honesty felt it was normal. I was so amazed by my friends who were always cleaned, doing laundry and running errands when all I wanted to do was sleep. I became a couch potato and beside going to work - where I was pretty high functioning - I lived there. I ate ice like oxygen, going through a bag and a half a week plus whatever I ate while at work. My ice addiction (pica) became a running joke amongst my team, family and friend. I broke up with my boyfriend a year and a half ago and had no desire to date and no libido - we'll come back to this. Since joining Amazon a few years ago I have purchased several energy pills all to no avail. I decided to try blood builders as a last attempt to try to get off the couch and get my life in order. Things were falling thought the cracks and piling up. I practically rolled my eyes as I took the first pill convinced it would not work. Over the first few days I definitely felt more alert and energized. However, after the first or so week my energy level weened so I increased the dosage to two pills in the morning. OMG, what a change!! I sleep well at night, wake up refreshed, have energy for days, my temperament has improved, and I have noticed that my thinning hairline is beginning to grow back. My apartment looks as though I have two maids on staff and my team at work are running through note books keeping up with my ideas and assignments. I cannot believe how I was living my life before. I was half the woman I am today, and realized I need to share this with others who may needlessly be feeling the same. I had no idea anemia was quietly robbing me of my life! I want everyone to know that if they are feeling the way I was this pill can make a tremendous difference. This is the first pill of many I have tried - including iron supplements - that has worked for me in such a dramatic way. I plan to continue taking these for as long as they are available. Lastly, there is new tingle in places I have not felt for a while 😂 I had no clue anemia had so many side effects. You need to get this if your suffering from ovaries fibromialgia with anemia. I have recently been diagnosed the iron pills from the pharmacy gives you a lot of side affects. I got this one because I need iron pills and I didn't have a ride to pick up my prescription pills until 3 days later. After the first and second day of taking it I felt good. So the third day I pick up my prescription I took the pills which day morning gave me huge headache, fever,emotional, mad etc. it was awful. I took it for a week not knowing it had side affects I read the label after I was felling okay. So I took my Blood thinner wow the results were great didn't wake up with no side affects plus it has food in it. It's been 3 months andi feel great. Highly recommend.

I've been taking this supplement for almost a month and my quality of life has greatly increased. I have a lot more energy, my mood is better, I didn't feel run down during my last cycle, and I just feel better all around. I've been forgetting to take them for the last few days and I'm definitely feeling it, but back when I first started taking them I felt them working within the first couple of days so I know I'll start feeling better again in no time. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend

The doctor was going to put me on iron, folate and b12. This pill has it all. But after a month of vinegar, All my levels were good. I never took the pills.

This is a great, reliable brand. It has quality, good sources for its vitamins. This was easy to swallow and seems to absorb fast. It really helped bring up my blood iron levels. I started feeling better fairly soon after starting to take this and don't have any of the common side effects from taking other or low quality iron supplements.

I’ve always had problems taking iron and struggle to to keep my iron levels up. This is honestly the first iron tablet that I have taken and do not spend the rest of the day having my stomach remind me that I’ve taken an iron supplement. Initial taste is what you would expect but no belching burping or burning with this. Can even take on an empty stomach.

I know this is a great supplement but I can’t get myself to stomach it. It tastes and smells like blood to me. I absolutely hate beets so that’s probably why. I tried so hard to tolerate it but I just can’t. Edit: upgraded from 2 to 4 stars. The company reached out on their own to provide a refund. And no they didn’t ask me to change my review. I think it would have been fair of them not to offer a refund since you can’t possible please everyone’s pallet but they did anyway.
