I was really impressed with this kit. For a fraction of the cost of a manicure at the salon you got 32 different colors that are beautiful. There's a learning curve, of course but no huge issues my first time using. Make sure to follow the directions and you'll be fine. I cured 90 seconds every time using the UV light just to make sure that they were fully cured before doing the next step. I think that is crucial. Another tip is bill light handed near the cuticle bed when applying the nail polish. The liquid likes to pull up in the cuticle bed which can cause left of the nail polish later. Other than that I love the option of either Matte or glossy finish. For the price you can't beat it. This will be my go to from here on out. ... show more

Was so glad to receive this set! It came in time enough for me to do my own set before traveling out of town. The box comes with a variety of colors & shades. Definitely recommended for any “DIY” girlies such as myself or any nail techs who may be starting off. The lamp isn’t so great though. It’s takes longer than 90 seconds per coat to dry. I’m not sure what some of the other reviews are referring to, but this kit works great. Going on three weeks and nails are still looking great! I used a nail dehydrated and primer before applying the base that comes with the kit- So maybe that’s helped. Either way worth every penny!

Overall, this set was ok. The amount of color choices we got were good. The bottles are small but can get a few sets out of each bottle. It came with a gloss and matte topcoat which was great! My only complaint is that the light broke after about 1 week. We have to fiddle with the cord and light to get it to work. We are going to have to purchase another light in order to keep doing our nails at home. I probably would not purchase again. ... show more
