This is the most beautiful Chandelier I have ever seen. I looked for months for the perfect ceiling light for my home office. Meelighting has the most beautiful lights on the internet. As soon as I got to their site it was like "this is exactly what I have been looking for". The light is gorgeous and you won't find anything like it. It was very easy to assemble and went together quickly. It was actually fun hanging the crystals. I used a ceiling ring you can find everywhere on the internet and a medallion and ceiling relief from Udecor. This chandelier is the center piece of our home and has left everyone who sees it with their mouths open and in total amazement. I could not be happier with my purchase. I needed an extra piece and emailed Meelighting and they got back with me quickly and had the part in the mail the next day. They really go way beyond what most companies do and with that said have one of the best customer services departments I have seen. I hardly do any customer reviews, but after receiving this product, I wanted to let everyone know how happy I was. I even have a picture of the delivery from Amazon so you can see what the box looks like. I also included a picture of the tripod I used when I installed the ceiling ring. I find myself looking up at my light day long in delight. This is by far the best purchase decision I have ever made. If your looking for a light, you wont find a better value, or a more beautiful light anywhere. If they are out of the product, they will get some in soon. I had to wait a few weeks because they were out of this item when I tried to order. The light this Chandelier puts out is beautiful. The K9 crystals acts as a prism and sends out the most beautiful light because of the shape of the crystals. I have never seen anything like it. I also took a picture of my finished office with the Chandelier. My office is only 11X12, but the light fits in it perfectly. This is a big purchase and a big decision. I just wanted to spend some time here to show everyone about the positive experience I had with Meelighting and the wonderful way it transformed our home. Although it was a lot of work for a one-person install, this chandelier did not disappoint. Whether it be dimmed down to a candlelight glow, at full power to chase-out winter gloom, or even Off, it is always pleasing. However, it was a challenge to find bulbs that bring out the best prismatic effects the K9 crystals have to offer. IMO, none of the LED bulb types (color temps/ wattages) tried were satisfactory, especially when considering the dimmed color temp (bleak). For the time being, we will use 15W incandescent bulbs and continue searching for better LED versions. I should add that material quality and workmanship on all chandelier components is high. PS: We are fortunate that, twice a year, the morning sun angles and window locations allow beams to hit the crystals directly, splattering the walls with rainbow spots. ... show more

This is a truly beautiful, modern chandelier. I had to have help to hang it - 20ft ceiling, but it was pretty easy by the looks of it. Hanging the crystals took a little time, but was easy enough using the provided white gloves. The crystals themselves arrived loose in three boxes, and not suprisingly many were damaged, so I was initially unable to complete the chandelier. Amazon put me in touch with the manufacturer in China. They were very helpful, and a box of very well packaged replacement crystals arrived at my door just a few days after contacting them. Superb customer service - they obviously stand behind their product. I did puchase LED bulbs and installed those from the start, instead of the standard bulbs supplied with the chandelier, and glad I did that. Very happy with my purchase. ... show more

Now that it is finished I can say it was worth the time and savings. DURING the process I was cussing and saying I wish I had just purchased one similar at Lowes or Home Depor because I knew it would not require pinning and hanging each and every mirror. The missing star is just for the work involved and the lighting itself. If I had used this for the dining room it would not have been enough. Luckily it’s for a 12x12 laundry room so the dark lighting was fine. ... show more
