I read the reviews and sprang for this extremely over-priced foot massager. I immediately had buyers remorse after clicking the buy because of the outrageous price. This is nothing more than a VERY noisy over-priced vibration device. If you are looking at purchasing this and spending $200+ bothers you, I'm sure there are cheaper products that do the same thing. That said, my wife encouraged me to at least try it out and see what I think before sending it back. I have rheumatoid arthritis and if you are intimately familiar with this, you know how the webbing that occurs internally can cause so much discomfort and pain. Also, if you do a lot of standing, especially on tile or cement, you know just how bad your feet can ache. Those are the reasons why I spent a stupid amount of money for a vibrating foot/calf device. So, I took this out of the box and it is completely assembled with a decent length cord. It is heavy for the size which turns out to be a good thing. I set it up as close to my chair as possible to support using this on both my feet and calves. I started on low and worked up to high over time. I'm going to warn you not to use this on high unless you are in super fantastic foot and leg health. The high setting may not seem too bad at first, but it will end up causing you new problems if you are in poor health. This device can vibrate so strongly, it would work for king kong. I highly recommend using 1-5 just starting out. This vibrating device is capable of knocking out several years of rheumatoid webbing in one sitting on high which will lead to a host of problems for those with this condition. The low settings are excellent for rheumatoid. I can see where this will work for a wide range of ages and health levels. Even if you use the low settings for long enough, it will provide a lot of relief. If you are just using this for sore feet at the end of the day, it won't take long to provide very soothing relief. If you are using this for restless leg syndrome (lack of circulation) it may take setting it between 5-10 on the power level and just use it until you feel your legs really warm up. Then you will be able to go to bed without the frustration of RLS. In the end, I'm happy with my purchase. This is a beast, tank, king kong vibration device that will probably last the rest of my life. I don't like the price, but I decided to keep it since it does address my three major use cases.

This foot massager is top notch! I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis and severe heel pain both feet. Used one of these at The good feet store and went home and ordered one from Amazon. Using it 2-3 times a day and am getting relief finally. Husband using it also as he is a diabetic and it helps with circulation. Worth the money. The only difference in this one and the more expensive one is mine is 2 speed and the other one has a knob that goes from zero to high. The 2 speed one is totally adequate...would not spend more for other one.

I RARELY take the time to write a review, but I had to share this with you in case you really need help and are wondering if the reviews you're reading are real. I accidentally stumbled upon this device while surfing Amazon (I'm a Prime junkie), I was looking for a small space heater to put under my desk to keep my feet warm. Yes, this was an impulse purchase for me. But...WOW! BEST impulse buy I've made in all of 2016!!! I'm being 100% transparent when I say that this device has completely solved my foot numbness, bone-chilled feeling and discomfort. My feet are always SO freaking cold in winter (we live in Colorado), and I have Raynaud's (a circulatory issue), so I can never keep my feet warm...no amount of thick wool socks or "cozy" slippers can warm frozen toes that don't get warm, fresh oxygenated blood to them. Ask my husband, he has had to warm ice cold feet every night during winter...they are like little ice cubes. Circulation really is the only remedy for cold feet, and my circulation is impaired. So after reading many of the reviews here, I took a leap of faith and bought this device...because nothing motivates any of us to buy something more than the hope of alleviating pain and suffering. I'm delighted to report that this device has lived up to the 5 star claims that made me want to buy it in the first place! My first use of this machine took just a few minutes to get used to the force of the vibration (I wasn't quite prepared for the buzz my legs and feet would feel, but now I'm hooked and I LOVE the feeling of aliveness in my lower legs, feet and toes!) The numbness, tingling, and frozen to the bone feeling in my feet and toes is completely gone. I am now an addict and can't wait to put my feet on this thing every time I'm at my desk, It's a little noisy so I have to turn it off during telephone calls, and as you've been forewarned so well already by so many other reviewers...this thing has POWER! But I love it... I think the vibration/buzzing is so powerful that you will either love it and do back flips and become addicted like myself or you will hate it. I love the outcome the most...that my lower legs, feet, and toes are getting the blood circulation they need to nourish them and keep them healthy and functioning. Now I just need to find a non-slip mat to put under this device so that it doesn't move around on the wood floor in my office, (yes, it vibrates so powerfully that it moves across the floor if you have a slick surface.) I love this product so much that I'm thinking about purchasing the hand-held device that this company makes...mmmm...imagine what the back, neck and shoulders would feel like with this kind of POWER!! Cold feet, tired feet, painful feet (if related to circulation), this will be your remedy. My feet are warm now! Just 15-20 minutes a day is all I need to keep my feet warm all day long. It's truly a miracle. My husband was instantly converted after feeling my warm feet at night! He was so moved by my warm-footed miracle that he has ordered one for his father who has diabetes. I cannot even imagine how good this is for a diabetic who desperately needs support with circulation to not only find relief from diabetic neuropathy but also keep their extremities healthy and intact! “SUPER loud” and moves all over the floor, no matter what I do to keep in place. Makes you want to give up on it. It does seem to work on my neuropathy. I can feel my toes again, though not completely. I’ve had it for about a month and use it daily for long periods. Maybe half an hour or more, twice a day. The calf massage option is ridiculous because you cannot situate the machine the way they suggest. It just doesn’t hold still, slides away from you and you have to contort your body so that it’s impossible to use it that way for your calves. I purchased sticky rubber squares that you attach to the feet of furniture to keep it from sliding. It could have worked, keeping the machine from sliding away from you, but the feet of the machine are not flat and square, they actually have a pointy ball in the middle of each foot so that you can’t attach anything with adhesive to the foot. Too bad the manufacturer doesn’t include sticky pads for the feet, inside the package, along with optional square flat feet that you can screw on. This would be very helpful. I can’t imagine what type of surface the feet on this machine are supposed to work on, the machine just constantly slides away from you. You have to bend down and pull it back every 3-4 minutes. It doesn’t work on tile, linoleum, wood, carpet. I’ve tried it on every floor surface. I’m going to try to find some type of sticky rubber pad that I can put underneath the whole machine. The machine Is very difficult to use, as is. I think the machine it self, is good for neuropathy. I am hoping I can find a solution so I don’t have to return it but maybe I could find something similar that has already addressed this problem. I researched this quite a bit before I bought it. It was just a tier below the most expensive ones. Good luck, if you buy it, let us know your solution.

I have only written one other review in my lifetime. This foot massager is so good, I am writing my second ever review. I tried this for the first time at a medical conference. There was a health section among all the medical booths where massages were offered. While you waited for the actual massage, they had you use this foot massager. I couldn’t believe it. After walking 15k steps in the previous few hours, my feet felt rejuvenated and pain free. The shoulder massage that followed was good but all I could think about was this foot massager. When I got home from the conference I searched for it on Amazon and found it. I have been using it 2x per day x2 years on most days and I have no more foot pain. When I travel I miss it but still less pain overall using this proactively. It helps with circulation and makes me feel like my whole body is healthier. Great to use after exercise. So easy to use - you plug it in and switch the power on with your toe. Other reviews are correct - it is extremely powerful and will shake the whole house, probably the reason it works so well. This is medical grade and absolutely effective. Good luck managing your foot pain.

In 2020, I am a 68-year old woman who for 3 years has suffered from Achilles Tendinitis in both legs, which progressed into Achilles Tendonopathy. The aching, cramping, and overall tenderness in my ankles and calves made it close to impossible to sleep for the past 3 years, and very uncomfortable to walk any distance. (I normally walked 5 miles a day.) Sleep deprivation was a serious issue. I tried a sport medicine doctor, physical therapy, the coaching of a personal trainer, lotions, magnesium supplements, a podiatrist, various supportive shoes, and so on. A friend (who worked retail and was on her feet all day) introduced me to her Med Massager, and I bought one. What a positive difference this has made! I have used it nightly for 6 months, for 15 to 30 minutes at various speeds, while reading a book or watching TV. The vibration is very soothing to the bottoms of my feet, ankles, and calves. One really feels as if the tight areas are loosening, and the blood circulation is improving. There is an overall tingling feeling in my legs by the end of the sessions as though everything has been stimulated. I generally find my legs are relaxed enough that I can fall asleep and stay asleep for many hours. Over time, my symptoms have improved, too. If my discomfort level at the start was a 10, now I feel like it is a 2-3 -- more of a nuisance than a debilitating issue. I don't know if I can credit all of that improvement to the device, but certainly it has helped to a large extent. The customer service is also great -- after 6 months the knob broke off. I am sure it was a fluke, as the machine is very substantially made and customer service was surprised that it had. Customer service responded the same day that I contacted them and sent me a free return UPS label so I could return the unit for repair. Soon afterward, I received a brand new unit back at no cost! Super service! This is the first time I have written a product review, but I felt the company deserved kuddos for its product and service.

I have been using MM Plus for the last 3 weeks for Morton neuroma and plantar fasciitis (no other conditions like diabetes). Every morning for 20 mins and every evening for 20 mins, using all speeds 1 to 11. The only clear benefit is the pleasant sensation/relaxation from the oscillation/vibration when your feet are on the unit. But all this stops when you turn it off. Then you still feel some benefit for maybe 30 mins and then goes gradually back to normal. This is similar to what you get from your own manual massage or non-electric massagers that use rollers, acupuncture, etc. The problem is that neurological system is very tricky and it is impossible to say which type of massage is better long-term because each type uses its own ways to accumulate benefits over time, and furthermore all this depends on your individual condition and your individual body in general. So you better use all methods over long time and hope that at least one will work. After 3 weeks of using MM Plus, I do not see a clear permanent benefit on neurological conditions yet but I have a subjective feeling that it helps blood circulation in lower legs. One big advantage of high frequency oscillation/vibration is that it is totally different from any non-electric type of massage. For that reason alone I decided to keep MM Plus but I am not convinced it is any better than other massagers that use high frequency oscillation/vibration. I was more concerned about technical reliability and that's why I chose a popular brand name. Also, it think that all mechanical devices that vibrate are prone to breakdowns after 1 year so I decided to get extended warranty. Contrary to many reviews, MM Plus is not too noisy and it does not jump around too much considering the high frequency oscillation it uses. Also, I checked its power consumption and it is only 10-25 watts, compare to average laptop which draws 50 watts, or 500 watts for average refrigerator when running.
