I'm getting over a back injury. It's durable and sturdy. My only issue is how low it sits. I'm all of 5"5 (on a good day) and have to bend over way too much to use.

Great piece of equipment. It deserves a 5 star rating, but gave a 3 star do to shipping condition, missing bolt to secure one of the handles and Medline customer service or I should say lack there of. Medline passed the ball back to Amazon and the only resolution offered was a refund. Ok let's start at the beginning. Injured my knee and ordered this item. Recieved it quickly. The box looked like someone who handled this order was very upset. Tore open in multiple places. Was sure this walker was bent, broken and or destroyed. It was in excellent shape. Everything looked brand new, but missing one bolt that secured one of the handles. Just needed the one bolt that fell out of the many tears in the box. Medline said it was shipping damage talk to Amazon. Told Amazon that all I wanted was the one bolt. Sir I can offer you a full refund. Needless to say going to hardware store and buy a bolt, washer and possibly a nut. Unbelievable. ... show more
