I own a few of these for work. They function well even when running 24/7. Replacement filters are easy to find and economical. I bought one for my daughters dorm on Prime Day. I didn't turn it on for many days past the Amazon return window and it did not work. I contacted Medify. They sent out a replacement right away after they verified the unit was DOA. I have been using this product for over a month now. It’s easily adjustable, easy to use, and its size doesn’t stand out in our living area. I usually keep it on level 1/3. I haven’t noticed a huge difference in air quality but I’m sure that has to do with me only using the lowest level at all times. I bought the two pack and use the other one in the room that holds our cat’s litter box. I have noticed a difference in the amount of dust that lingers around so all in all I count that as a win. The noise is not bad and almost unnoticeable on level one. Obviously the higher the level the more noise but I’m a huge fan of white noise anyways. It’s not too bright but I also don’t have it in a place where I want total darkness. Overall, I’m glad I purchased these and would recommend them.

I'm not endorsed by Medify. This company was built by parents who have children with asthma, now school systems and medical systems use Medify air purifiers. I purchased Medify airx with HEPA 13, I smoke and nothing else has worked, it covers 470 ft, it returns air quality once every hour, and it truly does, odors are gone, it traps per dander, allergens, smoke from cigarettes/Wildfire, CADR 120 excellent the cost is unbelievable at $50, the filters go 2500 hrs or about 3-4 months (soft brush attachment vacuum extends to easily 6mths) are $30, with discounts from Amazon offered and Medify has discounts and deals as well. True HEPA filter you can trust authentic, I'll pay it I don't care, it's hands down Worth buying, it says what it means and means what it says, even buying 2 at $100 for bigger room space, is more cost effective than more expensive brands that don't deliver on promises, I will be buying another one next month, I have only the BEST things to say about this company. They respect their products and their word and our money and our needs.💯

I'm going to add a caveat to the headline, because I've only had it two days. I placed this in the bedroom, because my kitties spend most of their time in there. I slept better the last two nights, not so much coughing. I imagine that the longer the filter works, the better the air quality will be. At any rate, I'm happy with the quality, the purchase price, and the seller. If that changes, I'll come back and do an update.

I have bought 3 or 4 of the small white ones. I keep one by my front and back door and one in kids room. I need to buy one of the bigger ones for my house. It is a little noisy on the high setting but if you sleep with background noise it won’t bother you. The filters are pricy. I just take the entire machine outside, take the filter out and use the leaf blower on it. Then use the leaf blower on the machine itself. I do this about every month… or whatever random time I remember. I’ve had it over a year and haven’t bought a new filter. I still notice cleaner air without particles floating in the air when the sun light shines in. 10/10
