I use it once or twice a week, not expecting much, but it has make a subtle difference on the texture of my skin, so I consider the price for the results you get worth it. This is a biased review because Amazon wouldn't post my honest one. Packaging was awful. Had to return first and recieved another only ti be returned. Neither worked. Second one arrived without an outer box or any type of packaging. No wonder it didn't work.

This apparatus is a magic wand. I bought it for my spouse and she recommended that I use it too. It does work!!! It gives you like a super minor shock treatment to rejuvenate your face lines.

Update: after charging the product one more time, this time the replacement tool is now working with multiple level options. I’m glad I didn’t return it yet as I’m now keeping the tool now that it’s working. I don't know what's wrong with Medicube tools. I have received a damaged product that won't turn on so I asked for a replacement, but the replacement is also faulty where it only has one level. I contacted customer service & they told me "per policy" they can only send one replacement. I understand that, but Amazon kept sending me damaged items & now the price of this is almost $80 more. I was left with no choice but just to process the return. I just want a working product.. I also ordered the Ussera last year & it was not getting hot like it's supposed to, so I asked for a replacement -thankfuly the replacement works.

I was skeptical when buying. I was wrong. I can tell a noticeable difference in the deep lines around mouth especially. After just a few uses I can see improvement. It seems like it might plump my lips a little when I use it in that area which is an added bonus to me. I’m happy with the results and my purchase.

This device is so cool. It gives what feels like tiny static shocks. It doesn't hurt, even on the highest level. It just feels...effective. I've already noticed my lips looking more plump after just two days of use. I can't wait to see results after an extended period. It's fun to use and it doesn't take long like gua sha. It has some weight to It and the magnetic cap gives luxe. I'm very impressed with this purchase and excited to keep using it.
