I work full-time in a warehouse in Ohio, and most of my day is spent lifting boxes, loading pallets, and standing on concrete floors for 10+ hours. Over time, my lower back started bothering me — nothing major, but enough to slow me down and make long shifts miserable. I finally decided to try a back brace, and I’m glad I picked this one. This brace provides solid lumbar support without being stiff or uncomfortable. The memory support stays give just the right amount of structure to help with posture, especially when I'm lifting or bending a lot. I noticed a difference in my back pain within the first few days of using it. What really surprised me is how well it stays in place. I’ve used belts before that constantly slide around or loosen up as the day goes on, but the Velcro on this one is super strong, and the extra tension straps help keep it tight. The shoulder straps are a great feature too — they take some of the weight off and keep the brace from riding down. Even during busy, fast-paced shifts, it doesn’t feel bulky or restrictive. While I agree with all the other feedback on how good this belt is for comfort, I enjoy the larger width of the belt for not cutting into me like my older belt did. My problem is with the suspenders; they are too short! With them fully extended the belt rest right below my breast. So, when I cinch the belt around my lower back I have to simultaneously Pull down and pull the belt around my waist. The suspenders are elastic and stretch, but with the belt in place there is a constant pulling down pressure on my shoulders. As I move around normally the tension on the suspenders pulls the belt upward, along with my clothes. I would guess that they need about another 4-6 inches length added too them for a better fit! Aside from that I am very pleased with the brace. Update 8-12-2025. The Velcro straps have started to fail, causing the tension straps to pop loose. The Velcro that was used on this belt is a type better used as cuff holders or wind seals where there is no strain on them. I have returned the belt. It lasted about two weeks before they failed. Two problems with this belt, Shoulder straps are two short and the Velcro is too weak. I would give it only two stars at this time.

I ordered this for my husband after he complained about his back bothering him from all the heavy lifting at work and no back support provided for them. It arrived fast, very good quality and adjustable straps. He put it on right away and felt good with it. He gives it a 10/10. He looked at me weird when he saw the size... lol i ordered him a XXL. But, only because i went by their size chart. So yes, make sure you go by your actual inches on the chart. It fit him just perfect

You know how sometimes you try something and it just clicks? That's how I feel about this back brace! My job involves a lot of lifting and moving, and my lower back has really been shouting at me lately. I've tried a few other braces before, but this one is in a league of its own.
