I'm doing a construction home project in NC, and I’ve been dealing with lower back strain for years from heavy lifting, bending, and standing on concrete all day. I’ve tried a few back braces in the past, but most either dig in, slip around, or get way too hot in the NC heat. This one’s different. First off, it stays secure and snug all day long — no slipping, riding up, or needing to readjust constantly. The Velcro is wider and stronger than any I’ve used, and the tension straps really help fine-tune the fit. I also like that it has shoulder straps, which keep the whole thing from sliding down, especially when I’m lifting sheetrock or working overhead. I purchased this for my daughter suffers from back pain. I purchased using the size chart and it fits perfectly. The brace is easy to put on and comfortable to wear. The fabric is very soft and the mesh designs allows good airflow. The brace can be adjusted which is good because my daughter is tall. She commented that it keeps her back stable helping with pain relief and protects her back from further strain. It is a joy to see her move with ease again.
