I should read the specs more carefully. I was thinking that this was made of a ferric material that I could use a magnet to hold down whatever I was laser cutting. Still it works well and is easy to clean and it comes with plastic clips that can be used to hold down your work. Replacement clips can be purchased from any automotive shop, since they are the same retainer clips used by most cars.
