    • Easy to assemble however beware missing screws
Easy to assemble however I realized I was missing two bags of required screws. The screws that go into the back piece and the wooden pieces that hold the two inside shelves. Not too big a deal but I need to find the exact size of those wooden pieces to use the two shelves.

When I ordered this I was looking for something temporary for my front entry till my husband could build something. While this is your typical particle/chip board with the paper veneer, it's pretty nice and solid looking. I love it, it sits in my front entry, holds many pairs of shoes and MOST importantly it can be closed to hide the ugly shoe clutter my kids throw at it. Y’all, we’ve been through it with shoe storage! First, I want to say whoever designed this cabinet had the customer in mind. I built this by myself in 30 minutes. So well thought out and seemingly sturdy when built correctly. We ordered one of those swing forward drawer shoe cabinets and it broke within a month. THIS shoe cabinet is everything we were looking for! We didn’t want doors that swing open, and didn’t want open shoe storage. This cabinet is everything we were looking for all along. Spend the money on shipping, I promise it’s worth it. Currently we have 19 pairs of shoes in the cabinet, mens 8-10. If you’re ok with shoes being on their sides as some of them pictured, than you could fit a lot more shoes. I also love that the top isn’t boring and flat. I had something very specific in mind when I was looking for a piece of furniture for a corner of my bedroom and was pleasantly surprised when I came across this ‘shoe cabinet’. It was exactly what I wanted. I didn’t put the shelf on the bottom portion of the cabinet so I could use it to store old family photo albums, while I used the upper shelf to hold boxes of photos and negatives. It was easy to assemble by myself. Took me about 30 minutes to put it all together. It was well packaged. With the exception of a small ding on the edge of the very bottom piece which you can’t see anyways, everything arrived undamaged. All the parts were well labeled and the instructions were pretty clear and straightforward. One suggestion I have is to install the doors before you screw on the handles. That way you can pop the upper wheels into the track. If you have both handles installed, you won’t be able to slide the 2nd door open enough to pop the button to engage the wheels in the track. ... show more

So excited about this!!! It’s cute, was super easy to build, and the storage behind the sliding doors is perfect! Very happy with my purchase. The only thing I noticed is it seems a little wobbly, but ours is against the wall so we don’t have to worry about that! When I opened the package, every piece of wood inside was surrounded by foam, and the packaging stained all of my clothes. It is easy to install according to the instructions, and the design is good, but because the legs are too high, it looks very unstable and will shake when touched. I have to clean the foam on the garage floor, wall and body after installation, please replace this cheap packaging, thank you. ... show more
