The company was very responsive and shipped a second box, and followed through on checking the shipping, great communication. Assembly was easy, very comfortable,and the vibration,for those of you with chronic kidney stones, has been very beneficial in shaking stones loose while they are small and will pass painfree. So far I am very happy with my purchase, the motors are very quiet and smooth in operation and the covering is very nice. The only WARNING I have is to make sure you put the controls into the side pocket every time you use them. I made the mistake of laying the control for raising and lowering the chair on the table beside me and it fell on the floor when I was in a laying down position and I could not reach it. If a disabled person was in that position without a phone within reach they could be there for a few frightening hours before they were discovered. I had to phone for help .

Product intially stopped working after only one month of purchase. The back of the chair froze in place and stopped working. But thankfully the vendor provided a replacement component for remote and started back working. The legs of the chair do not lift very high if your buying this chair for someone who may need to sleep in it. It really depends on the height of the individual using it. The material is very nice quality and it good lift chair for the price

is taking me a while to get used to the chair.as it has been several years since I had one. am 86 years old..so it took me a couple minutes to figure out all the buttons. it also has a place for cell phones which I hate & do not have!! for the most part it is very good. the cover is excellent & smooth. it is ok to lay back in & I can sleep in it. which is why I got it. My daughter likes it really well also.

It was easy to put together but there were many pieces. It felt like a toy piece of furniture - didn’t feel sturdy enough for my father. I was afraid the material would rip with daily use and that it would not comfortably sustain him at 240 pounds. Think the quality was not reinfected in the price. The massage worked fine but once again it seemed like it needed to be better built. Very snug fit for me and I’m 5’6”. 150 pounds.

I've had this chair for two years now and made do with it, but it has not been the perfect fit for me. The foot rest is far too short (I am 5'10") and doesn't seem to come up far enough . I put a pillow under my feet. It works, but in my experience, is not a good value for it's higher than average price.

The chair was very easy to put together. The remotes are a bit confusing for my grandmother however she is almost 94 years old. I do like the fact that it came with 2 remotes so she can work the lift part without getting confused with the heat and massage. I am overall pleased with the chair.

There were no information of the maker/seller or a telephone number if one wanted to ask a question as I still do. The main body of the chair is very heavy and there should have been warning information I needed a brown chair and not a black, I have however decided to keep it. There is an extra contact wire that may be there for an attachment, I cannot guess what it is for and as I said there is not information on communication.

Very nice product for the price we were repacking a much larger fabric lift chair that had seen better days. This one is sleek, the leather is very soft and the motor is very quiet. Not quite as stable as the old chair, rocks a little when getting up for mobility challenged folks, but it’s for my husband and he loves it!
