Summary: I have been using this toaster for about a month now, and it has been working extremely well with my AWG gluten-free organic bread. We chose the 4-slice version so we can toast more bread at the same time when we are all home, and the gluten-free setting combined with the visual timer gives consistently perfect results. It has been the most reliable toaster I have used for gluten-free bread so far. Full Review: I purchased this toaster specifically because I wanted something with a true gluten-free setting that would work better with my AWG gluten-free organic bread. We decided to go with the 4-slice version instead of a single toaster so we could toast more bread at the same time, especially on weekends when we are all home. I had been struggling with inconsistent results from standard toasters and wanted something that offered more control without constant guessing. Right out of the box, setup was straightforward and the touch screen controls were easy to understand. I really like that the display shows visual examples of what the toast should look like at different levels, which removes a lot of the guesswork. The stainless steel finish looks nice on the counter and feels solid and well made. For my gluten-free bread, I use the gluten-free option with the darkest toast setting, and my toast comes out perfect every time. If I need just a little extra warmth, I can drop it down for an additional 30 seconds without over-toasting. I also use the bagel setting with the darkest toast option for my AWG bagels, and they turn out evenly toasted and crisp without drying out. My husband and my daughter eat regular bread, and they have had no issues using this toaster either. They both really enjoy the timer and the visual display, which makes it easy to see how much time is left without guessing. Having four slots has been especially helpful when we are all eating at the same time. Since AWG bread comes as a full loaf, I slice it myself before toasting. I use this bread slicer set to cut the bread to about 1/2 inch thick, which fits perfectly in the toaster slots: https://a.co/d/3alpRnY I also use silicone toaster tongs to safely remove the gluten-free bread, since it does not always pop up as high as regular bread. This makes it much easier to grab without damaging the slices or reaching into the toaster. Everyone has bread and needs to toast it. I had one from Oster before that would do Toast, bagel, Warm and Frozen. However the 2 at a time is severely limiting plus it has no display so kids get antsy. This is the best product I think which can do 4 at a time including large bread slices, bagel, waffles, muffins. It has different preset times showing you what it will toast to and how long it will take. The two are independent of each other as well. It has autoshutoff if not used for a while so you can leave it plugged in as well. I don’t care about WiFi or apps that spy for these and it has none. Packing and shipping is fast and quick. The coils are closer so it heats up fast and toasts just perfect. Very large local store bread won’t fit so you have to cut those in half or do half and repeat other side. Or use a panini machine. It comes out exactly as it shows on the pic. My wife loves it as do the kids. It’s strong enough and cleans easy. Unit isn’t even too unwieldy big. Overall this is a fantastic purchase. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Touch Screen Toaster Review **1. Product Quality**: The toaster feels like it’s a solid toaster, much higher quality than my previous toaster. I believe this will last me years to come and I really hope that’s the case given the price. **2. Functionality/Performance**: The toaster functions really well although I feel like I’ve noticed the toast turns out slightly darker then shown on the display. So I would go 1-2 settings down then how you actually want it to look. I love that it comes with a countdown. **3. Ease of Use**: It’s really easy to use, minimal guessing work on where you need to go to get your desired results. **4. Value for Money**: For the money it’s a pretty expensive toaster even for a digital one but I liked that this one had settings for both of the sides unlike most other toasters. **5. Boy does this make breakfast a lot easier to make!! I love how easy it is to use, all of the selections there are and especially the countdown timer!! Now flipping eggs, putting bacon on paper towels, plating and making the toast/bagels/waffles is a seamless smooth process!! Yay. It doesn’t show in my pictures but there’s a place on the bottom to loop the cord around so it’s hidden too. My only gripe is the push down handles are plastic and not metal and one of mine wasn’t straight. I’m willing to overlook it though. It tends to propel a single item out of the slot but no harm done there.
