As most people have said, the assembly process is insane. The small things (screws, nails) are labeled (sort of) but none of the other parts are, so it took 45 min to identify and lay out where it was all supposed to go. It took me 3 hours to build the fireplace, and about 2 hours for each cabinet stand because the directions are unhelpful and the “video tutorial” looks like a college project on how to make a bad, unhelpful video tutorial. Also, some of the parts were inconsistent. For example, the backing for the shelves was not evenly cut for one cabinet stand, and on the other the holes were cut further apart than the other one. When I tried to slide the backing onto cabinet #2, it got stuck and when I eventually was able to pull it out of the groove, it caused the cabinet to shift and one of the shelves split open at all four corners. This is Big Lots/IKEA-quality furniture. It looks good in my basement (especially with my galaxy projectors on!), but it absolutely isn’t worth the price tag. It’ll work for my home theater for now (in the dark you can’t see all the imperfections, like where I tried to screw the fireplace insert in, and the screw barely missed the wood and it took out a chunk of the inside of the cabinet smh) but when I have more time I will make myself a nicer one out of better wood. There is no margin for error because the pieces of the furniture are thin. If you have money burning a hole in your pocket and you MUST have this for some reason, spend the $80 on the professional assembly and save yourself the misery (unless you have 8 hours to spend). ... show more

Overall great buy. My only issue was one box did not have the parts labeled and it made put together a little difficult and the back panel for the bookshelves are precut making that part hard. With that being said once it was together minus some parts I love it.

The concept is great, but the assembly was missing labeled parts. The doors are not flush with the cabinet frames.

    • Low quality product. Installation is insane !
As many have mentioned before, this is a low quality product with e very expensive price tag. Parts are not labeled and the measurements do not match. I wish I never ordered it (got it from their site directly).

The best $1200 ever spent! It was a process putting it together. However it was most definitely worth it and exceeded our expectations. We will be adding our TV soon. If you're looking for a reason to purchase this is it!
