The frame was light and easy to assemble with two people. With the mattress on top, you can move the bed fairly easy. The mattress will slide on top of the frame, so you have to be mindful of that if you put pressure on the side of it.

Pros: -Extremely easy to put together. It took my husband and I about 15 minutes. -It seems to hold a lot of weight. Between myself, husband, kids and dogs, it’s held around 400 lbs at once. -Endless under the bed storage. -Great price and attractive. Cons -the California king frame does not fit our
California king mattress well. We have a good 2 inches of extra metal at the foot of the bed. -There’s no space for our box springs and it’s causing minor mattress sagging in the middle. -It’s slightly noisy when we toss and turn. -Bent metal that had to be fixed with hammer. No issue with it.

Our mattress is about an inch narrower than the frame. The corners stick out and when the bedding covers the corners they are easy to catch your shin on. Otherwise, very easy to assemble and very sturdy.

This frame is solid and easy to assemble. Plus there were extra holes in the legs to attach a headboard and/or footboard. My previous headboard tied in easily. Great product.
